Quality of food was bad, both for breakfast and dinner - cheapest products possible and type of cooking bad, everything very oily and without any taste.

WiFi works only in the reception/ lobby area, not in the room. And if you want to come and use it in the reception/lobby area you are asked to order something from the bar. If you bring even a bottle of water with you they tell you it's forbidden and you need to leave.

The staff is trained poorly, when you complain about something they tell you that's it and that's the rule. They aren't even in the same line with each other - one girl tells me that the Wifi is working in the room and gives me the password, the other guy tells me there is no Wifi in the room and gives me a cable, then I go back with the cable because I have a slim laptop and it's not working, another guy tells me he cannot believe me that the Wifi is not working (after I've been told by the other one that there is NO Wifi in the rooms).

Overall, it's only worth it if you rent an apartment without any meals (food really bad) and don't have anything to do with them. But then still, you don't have any internet.

Food is very bad )-: The room was good, but this hotel is really not 4 stars hotel. Every thing looks like second hand, brooken parts. SPA is fine, but again not enough for 4* hotel. I really don't recommend this hotel )-:

Stuff are not polite, incompetent, sometimes even rude. The food is not ok. Inside pool is not for swimming, the SPA is also under the mid-range, the jacuzzi has less bubbles than glass of campaign. Rooms are ok, but bathroom was small with broken shower... No towels in the room, no towels in the SPA (towels are on the reception)

I have stayed in the hotel for 2 nights on an All inclusive . We were checked in in an apartment which was not heated, the shower couldn't be mounted on the wall stand and the bedroom was small. The food in the restaurant was even worse. No variety at all, and all meals were prepared with the leftovers from the previous meal (e.g dinner from lunch, lunch from breakgast).
The staff's attitude was horrible. They had the people skills of a sulky 6 year old child. Don't even bother asking for any assistance.
The Indoor pool was cold, the Jacuzzi was big but not hot enough and you could barely feel the jets. The sauna and steam bath were OK but you had to request them to be turned on.
If you could avoid going to this hotel - do so!

We had an excellent weekend in August the ski capital Bansko. We were in the Aparthotel Belvedere Holiday Club.
Hotel in Bansko hotels in that area with a close access to the ski lifts and ski slopes. The hotel consists of several buildings. We were in building "E".
Hotel while in August was full of holidaymakers.
The apartments are simply furnished but have all necessary
The hotel has a large area with pools for everyone. Only water was pretty cold. This does not prevent a lot of children playing in the pool. There are quite loungers around the pool, but apparently not enough for the size of the hotel. Towels placed on sun loungers and so all day. On the second day we did and we had lounge chairs and an umbrella.
The food is not bad. You will not be hungry.
The town is small and you can explore for hours. I recommend a visit to the church, "Trinity." There are many beautiful icons.
Bansko is known for its many taverns. In the summer, many of them are closed. The same goes for shopping.

Room Tip: For building "E" room numbers beginning with "1" are without a balcony for those pool. Exit the room and you're by the pool. On this side can not be closed and / or locked door.
