If your guide suggests to stop there, please resist! Food is awful, price very high, the only good point is the view, the staff isn't even friendly...

The worst food in Bali I am sure! The flies were swarming over it and the coffee was undrinkable! It was 120Rupiah for a buffet (or should I say Barfy) meal with tea and coffee. The food was disgusting. The flies crawling over it should have been a giveaway to how awful it was. The views were fantastic of the Volcano but that was all that was good. The toilets stank and there was no soap to use. It was 3rd world standard. It was so disappointing. We all felt ill after eating and took medication to stop the threat of vomiting. We love Bali but stay away from here!

The buffet was cold and very expensive.

We came here for a beautiful view of the vulcano. The weather was very bad and cloudy so we couldnt see. Not the fault of the restaurant, but if u see its cloudy drive to the next place and dont stay, because its a tourist area and very expensive.

The buffet was cold and not tasty. We couldnt identify the sweets, because of the bad taste and rigidity. For the money, you have to spend, you can eat in Bali for one week. Never payed so much before for such a bad meal.

I 100% agree with L0renza’s review. We were taken to this restaurant whilst on a tour. The view is great but you don’t need to have the bad experience of this terrible restaurant to see the spectacular view. The restaurant was the most expensive place we ate in during our holiday in Bali and the meal, cleanliness and service was the WORST. I would go as far as to say it is one of the worst restaurants I have ever eaten in. We complained and got no-where!. For Bali this is terrible as the people pride themselves on being helpful and usually cannot do enough for you. The restaurant was dirty and there are less flies in outback Australia than there were inside this place. The buffet set up had lids of food and flies crawling over the food. The choice looked plentiful but none looked appealing. It is mass catering, where no doubt drivers are getting paid to deposit tourists into the place. Drinks are extra and we were charged over 100,000 each plus taxes. For 4 buffets we paid 528,000 without drinks. The toilets should be condemned and the place needs to shut down with the management sacked. Places like this do not do Bali any favours. Hence to say the following day two of the four adults were ill! I think that tells you all you need to know. If you are taken here refuse to go in let alone eat. You can see the view from just up the road and there are other restaurants around.

I would disregard the negative reviews for this restaurant. The food is quite good, and it has the added bonus of the Balinese dessert Bubuh Injin (black rice pudding). The service is also good; staff were very welcoming, we were encouraged to have as many visits to the buffet as we wanted, and there was no pressure on us to leave our window-side table when we had finished our meal. It was certainly more expensive than normal for a buffet restaurant in Bali, but £7 approx for unlimited visits to a buffet (incl dessert) is really not exorbitant, and the view is simply sensational.
