I spent 2 nights here during the summer and found accommodations to be acceptable, but not anything to write home about. The beds are slightly uncomfortable. The house is slightly noisy. The breakfast was nice but bland. Leftovers were offered to us for lunch, which was really appreciated. However, I felt at times like we were intruders. The hosts' moods fluctuate between hot and cold. We spent a bit more time at the B&B than anticipated due to rain (otherwise we would have been at Sauble Beach or hiking the Bruce trail), and felt nervous even asking how to use the tv and dvd player (they have a wonderful movie collection, though). Perfectly adequate and a bit cheaper than Island View B&B, but I preferred the latter.
