We booked this property because of 1.) proximity to the interstate, and 2.) they allow pets. We found it located in a very sketchy area with a dark, inadequate parking area. Had to drive several miles to find a meal that wasn't fast food. Will not return.

Dear Randy M,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of your stay with us. I apologize that we did not meet your expectations. I understand your concerns with the area and I can assure you that this area is generally safe and that incidents are few and far between but in case something were to happen we have a state of the art High Def. security camera system that can see at night just as well as it does in the day. Even though we have mostly fast food in this area it does not mean that you have to travel in order to get a decent meal. There are several delivery options that you can take advantage of so that you can have great food come to you that you can enjoy from the comfort of your room. I hope that you will consider my comments and give us the opportunity to help you feel at home should you require lodging in the North Little Rock area.

Respectfully,

Ian Kinney, Manager

I visited this place and hope I never go back, the sheets didn't look as if they had been changed, I sprayed good with Lysol, breakfast is terrible, didn't partake in that, pool was dirty, t v didn't work and air conditioner made loud noise when it was turned on, rates are resonable but it's not worth the stay, people renting room by hour and some of those people hanging out in parking lot. I would not recommend this place to anyone

We stayed here as a family of 4 for 1 night on a long road trip. We were traveling with our two small kids and two small dogs, and needed a place where we didn't have to spend a lot of money but that was clean and comfortable. Fortunately the room was very clean and surprisingly comfortable. Although there weren't an abundance of extra linens, pillows, or blankets (only 2 towels), I'm sure we could have had more if we asked. The beds, pillows, and linens were surprisingly modern and comfortable, especially compared to any other similarly priced hotel I've stayed at. The floors were all laminate and tile, which was great too and gave the room a very clean and modern feel. The free breakfast in the morning was basic but sufficient. There was lots of room to walk the dogs around outside as needed. All of this for the best price I found for a pet friendly hotel (love that there are no extra fees too!)

The only negatives were that the hallways smelled like smoke (not our room though) and the exit off the highway seemed a bit like a rough area. On the latter point though, I think it was perfectly safe. There were plenty of other decent quality hotels clustered in the same area, on the same culdesac.

I would highly recommend for any budget conscious family traveling through, especially if you have pets too!

Clean room. Comfortable. Couldn't get the WiFi to work though. I also couldn't get a water out of the vending machine. No coffee maker in the room. However, for the price I would reccomend. Definitely a good hotel for the price.

The hotel was what we expected: relatively cheap overnight lodging. The room was clean with firm (but not too firm) mattresses. The floor was wood tile/parquet, which I was not expecting. Our room had 2 double beds, along with a fridge & microwave. The only issue we had was the alarm clock kept making a buzzing sound if it was set to radio or off, so we left it set to alarm (which I set to 7 pm to make sure it didn't try to disturb our sleep).
