My husband and I stayed at the Locke Mountain Cabins, we stayed in cabin #1. In one word, perfect! What a great place. First, the owners are easy to work with and answered all my questions. The cabin was so cute, good size and had everything we needed. The cabin was clean and clean and had plenty of the necessities; lines, towels, pots and pans. We stayed there in December and the heater and fireplace kept us toasty and warm. The pictures don’t do the cabins justice. The location is great, between Fayetteville and Fort Smith. You will be pleasantly surprised by how nice the cabins are. I would stay here again and highly recommend these cabins to everyone.

This trip was for our anniversary. The location and its surroundings and the cabin itself were just fabulous. We make a trip each year to Arkansas and I do lots of research to find that perfect place. Well search no more this is my special find! The cabin was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in and the owners are extremely nice and never bothered us. Lots of things to do in that area for nature lovers like ourselves. I almost hate to post this and spread the good word but I had to share a wonderful experience such as this one with the rest of the world.

We stayed in Cabin #1 for one night while traveling through Arkansas. These cabins are way off the beaten path, in a forested and remote area, quite secluded and private. Blackberry bushes were heavily laden with fruit and lots of birds and squirrels, too. We bought groceries in Fayetteville at the local coop and cooked supper in the well-supplied kitchen. The owners are very hospitable, had a long conversation regarding the history of the area when we picked up the cabin key at their home a mile or so up the road. We loved it! Because there are multiple cabins, a great place for a family reunion.

We just spent our honeymoon in one of these cabins and it was all it describes and more. We got cabin #4 which is the most secluded. The cabins are brand new, spotless and quiet, about 10 miles off the beaten path but very accessible - we were driving a low riding vette - and for the money you couldn't find more beautiful accommodations. They've left nothing out... We can't wait for an opportunity to return

Room Tip: A couple of the cabins have jacuzzi. Cabin #4 has an outside hot tub facing the woods, very private...
