Starting with Mountain View's restaurant are generally pretty bad, few that thy're are Tommy's can get by with their Pizza, stick with the Pizza and you'll be okay. Forget the BBQ, Calzones, etc. Too dry. Place is dumpy and the Bathroom sink hasn't seen cleanser since who know when. Tommy is a friendly guy and the staff also pleasant. Pizza tastes like one should, crust might use some cornmeal, but the sausage and sauce is very good. It won't beat back home Chicago pizza, but it's got the general characteristics. They went back to free refill fountain drinks and that beats by the can. Service is good, and ambiance is well - dark. Don't expect to read while waiting for your order. It's not the crummy Pizza that you usually expect when you go away from the city, you know cardboard with a few rabbit pellets and totally dry. Prices are reasonable, now if he would start to make a good italian beef sandwich and dump the Calzones. But I think he's doing alright!
