This lovely place is hosted by the owner and his wife does the cooking, with a cosy decor, this well located restaurant has a great lunch menu with a wide variety of chilean wines to choose from, additionally the owner is quite knowledgeable on the matter and could guide you well

This is probably the best restaurant in Castro, but it would be among the best in any city, anywhere. The dishes are innovative and make use of the best local ingredients—and the best in Chiloé is better than most other places. The merluza (hake) I had—and I had a lot during my time Chile—was cooked to perfection. Inside is cozy and intimate, outside on the deck the view is terrific. Patricio, a consultant to the chef-owners, made us feel at home instantly. My only regret is that we ate here on our last night in Castro. If it had been the first night, we would have gone nowhere else.

The food here was absolutely delicious, the portions were large, and the price was fair! Overall, I would rank this restaurant among some of the best restaurants I've ever been to worldwide. Go here!

Amazing food, Amazing view, Great service and the best pisco sour ever. You can not ask more. A bit more expensive than other places in town but totally worth it.

We went there our first night in Castro and did something I simply do not do...we went back the second night.

This place is hard to find. The diagramed tourist is worthless. If you are walking be aware that it requires a steep hill to get there.

This restaurant is living proof that you do not need an extensive menu but do a limited amount of entrees extremely well. They offer about 6 appetizers and 8 mains but each is different and well prepared. The menu is heavy on the sea food side but if you are in Castro you expect this. Items we enjoyed included the ceviche trilogy, steamed mussels, crab putting (especially good), Hake with a corn sauce, fish in a tomato, onion broth, and pasta shells stuffed with shrimp (probably the least appealing thing on the menu).

I brought a bottle of wine and had a $6.US corkage fee. Complete dinners for 3 adults ran about $90.US

This restaurant is also decorated in a cool chic style that is very appealing.

Probably the best meal we have had in 3 weeks in Chile.
