This small charming hotel is perfect. Warm & welcoming with an excellent staff. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Set back from the road just enough. Within walking distance to the main square of Coyhaique that has a little Artisan area to it I wish I would of spent more time at.
The breakfast was great, eggs cooked to order, good variety of other items typical of chilean hospitality. The restaurants they recommended based on our desires fit the bill and delivered. We only stayed one night, but I would of been more then happy to stay more if time would of allowed it.

Set back from the road and surrounded by fruit trees, this hotel boasts clean, beautifully furnished rooms with private baths and serves the best breakfast we had during our two month travels through Chile. In front of a blazing fire, Yessie, the owner and her daughter Sofia (who speaks English) served made-to-order eggs, homemade cakes and jams for breakfast. Fresh cherries and apples from the trees on the property were a special treat. The hotel is close to the plaza and good restaurants (Quelat and Casona) We returned to this hotel twice during our stay enjoyed an excellent night's sleep and the owners warm hospitality, including a lesson on how to make empanadas! We will definitely be back next year.

Everything that I could say about this Inn would only be a repeat of all that you have already read.
I am a world traveling vegetarian and this is a veggies delight. The women that run this Inn did everything that they could to make me feel at home and accommodate my dietary requirements. I ended up eating all my meals in the dining room while I was in Coyhaique and that was two three day visits.
I am planning another visit to Patagonia later in the year and there is no where else I would consider staying. It was like staying at home and all the “Moms” took great care of me

Room Tip: The Inn is set back from the road and all rooms are quiet. Wifi is stronger in rooms on the upper f...

Boutique hotel located 2 blocks from Coyhaique main square, the rooms are clean, nice and with the necessary amenities to enjoy your staying in Coyhaique. The personnel is warm and friendly, creating a very familiar environment and making feel you as in home.

The attention provided by Yeissy (owner), her daughters and the hotel personnel is amazing. Congratulations.

I would definitively recommend this hotel to visit Chilean Patagonia.

We loved this cozy and charming B&B. The breakfast before a fire was wonderful and even included brownies and lemon merengue pie. Yessie and her staff were very nice. We preferred the restaurant Casona over the one Yessie suggested, Quelat.

Room Tip: We liked our room on the ground floor with a private entrance.

The hotel, in the center of Coyhaique and a little set back from the road, looks like a small castle straight from a fairytale. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and served in a warm and welcoming environment where the fireplace is constantly burning. Rooms are very clean. Some are a bit small, so if you like more space ask for the apartment which is on the top floor and nice and sunny. Staff will help you to get your suitcases up there since there are no elevators. Free parking, free internet.

Room Tip: Ask for the apartment on the top floor: spacious and sunny.
