Get a cappuccino. This will not be like any other "cappuccino" in Chile, but with real milk and very, very smooth. Amazing. Also, fresh FRESH salads straight from the organic farmer who owns the restaurant. Sit out back on the terrace, it is beautiful any time of year. Worth the flight just to come back to this place - it is consistently great any time of year. Chat with the owners - this café not only has the best coffee and freshest food in town, but some of the best of people.
