If you don't like loud and laughter, don't come here.

With a Hibachi style of serving, you are gathered together with all kinds of people from around the world. Here, English is NOT the primary means of communication, but you will get along just fine. After a warm up of Sushi, you are treated with quite a show as the chef prepares fried rice with steak, chicken, and shrimp. After which you are presented with a fried banana and a cup of ice cream. With the free wine provided by the Hard Rock, you will enjoy this place

The meal was delicious, Ramon was an excellent chef and very entertaining. Rafeal was an excellent server and made our night spectacular. Rafael was enthusiastic and entertaining, he kept us smiling and laughing, but at the same time kept our glasses full and gladly replenished our food. All workers in this restaurant are a pleasure and are incredibly nice and respectful.

Located in Punta Cana Village, you'll get a great atmosphere. The restaurant is open later (until 11pm as of this writing) which is great for us as we like to eat late. We also get the ginger chicken or broccoli chicken, and have gone here MANY times for both the lunch special and dinner. The price per meal averages around 320 pesos and the portions are huge. Great service and great value.

I was not impressed by anything at this restaurant. They do have a varied menu of Japanese and Chinese dishes, but the dishes we tried were lacking in the "genuine" department.
I ordered their higher-priced spicy fillet and was disappointed at the blandness of the sauce, overuse of sauce thickeners, and overcooking of vegetables.
We ordered the hot'n'sour soup. It was tasty and spicy, and overall enjoyable, yet the spiciness seemed artificial, not a pepper in sight, more like hot-doritos-powder-spicy with some added ramen powder and tofu.
The decor leaves much to be desired, with not a single piece anywhere you could call Chinese or Japanese...a few generic Asia posters and small plastic tropical plants posing for bonsai.

It fills a diversity hole at an otherwise beautiful vacation destination...just not the place I'd have any reason to return to.
