The location is amazing staff really friendly.Needs an update but if your looking for somewhere to relax this is the place .Worth it just for sunset views alone .A bit far out from town but to be honest the main town is a bit touristy .There are a couple of decent of places to eat at end of beach .I think there are improvements planned and also will be a lot better once work is completed next door

My partner and I spent the week of my 40th Birthday at the Amari Vogue in mid-February, I am really happy that we chose this hotel as we had an amazing week and it was the perfect place to relax and escape it all. We loved that all of the staff were friendly and attentive but discreet, we were always greeted with a smile and a 'sawadee'. The hotel itself was the perfect size, it never seemed overcrowded or too busy, the lush, tropical grounds were kept immaculate and it would be hard to beat the views of the beach and distant Hong Islands. The location is great for a relaxing break; set on a stunning beach with just a handful of other hotels, the price to pay for this is that there is not much within walking distance however there are a couple of bars / restaurants along the beach and the hotel has a lovely Thai restaurant as well as an Italian restuarant / bar on the beach (great for a sunset drink, we highly recommend taking advantage of happy hour). We ate at the Lotus, Thai restaurant, quite pricey by local standards but the food was very high quality and had unusual dishes you do not find everywhere. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Others have said their rooms were tired but we were very happy with ours. Parts of the hotel need a little TLC but I would say it is well-loved rather than neglected and I am sure these things will be addressed when refurbishment takes place. We would return in a heartbeat.

Amari has the best beach in all of krabi and Phuket. It’s practically empty with beautiful scenery of Hong islands in the distance. At night my husband and I were only ones on the beach. It made our stay very peaceful. Rooms were very nice and private. We had private hot tub on deck and it was awesome. It was also easy to rent a motorbike through the hotel. The biggest downsides were slow WiFi, construction next door and some of the pool amenities were not working. I would definitely stay here again though.

Dear 'Kelsey R','

Thank you very much again for your very valuable comments and for staying with us during your visit to Krabi. We certainly do look forward to welcoming you back again. We will close from 1st May 2019 till 31st October 2019 for some refurbishment and refreshment during which time, we will rectify the issues raised. The construction next door will also be completed by the time we re-open. The special features such as the secluded and private beach, the hot tub, the stunning sunsets and the scenery of the Hong Islands in the distance will remain. Do let me know if I could assist with reservations for your return.

Warm regards

I had pleasure of staying at Amari Vogue Krabi on Mar8-11 and I could not fault this hotel ANYTHING! A resort on a remote beach buried in the hills. What more could you ask for. Every employee went out of their way (no matter who it was, each took your request as their personal responsibiliity) to meet every request while acknowledging you by name. My room was beautliful with a lovely thai aesthetic and with a bit of a view to the sea. What more could I ask for. I fly halfway around the world for properties like this. Food was outstanding although I would say a little on the high side for Thailand in general, but not so high for this quality of hotel. To me, the only drawback is that it is one of the more remote resorts so not much opportunity to wander off property for other food or entertainment options. But you know, I really didn't even want to. Cannot recommend enough.
I thought entire property was beautiful and state of the art, yet they plan on renovating at some point in the future. I don't know how they make this better.

Room tip: My room had a wrap around balcony with tub. It was sheer perfection
