Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room, pool, beach, and restaurants were gorgeous. Our package included a couples massage and a Thai set dinner. Both were amazing even though my boyfriend and I are new and not the biggest fans of Thai food.

This place was the highlight of our Thailand trip and I can say enough wonderful things about here!More

A gem of a find!
This place wasn't listed in any brochures, but we found it via an internet search - and was a find it was too! We arrived a little late in the evening, but were made to feel welcome right from the start. We were shown to our room, and it was excellent. We'd opted for a Garden Room in a quiet location, and it fully met our expectations. It had everything you'd expect - safe, bath & shower, tea & coffee making facilities, flatscreen tv, dvd player, etc.

There is a bar attached to the Thai restaurant, and the cocktails are amazing! (I'm really missing the Calm Monkey) There are two restaurants on site, Thai & Italian - both are tremendous. As you'd expect, they have quite a lot of seafood on both menus, but ideally the Italian could have a little more choice of pasta dishes. That said, the staff are warm and welcoming, and I was amazed that by the first morning the staff were able to recognise us and greet us with our first names - a really nice touch. Everyone was very considerate and kind, but our thanks go to In for looking after us so well. All the staff & the manager went out of their way to make sure that our last night in the resort was memorable, so our thanks go to them for all they did.

This part of our holiday was the 'relaxng' phase, so we didn't do very much other than just lie in the sun & read. I did see yoga classes, and you could take out canoes / paddle boards if you wanted to. I know the hotel were able to organise a range of trips for those who wanted to venture out. The furtherest we got was to Ao Nang for the evening, and the driver was very courteous. I think this hotel is best suited to those who want some chill out time in a luxurious setting.

I cannot praise the hotel & the staff enough - go and experience it for yourself.

A resort to relax in and chill out
What a fabulous place. The staff were brilliant, friendly and made our trip exceptional. The room and hotel were beautiful and we really didn't have to think of anything unless we wanted to. The two on site restaurants provided a wide variety of excellent food and drinks. It is quiet, beautiful and quite simply the most relaxing place we have ever stayed at. A massive thank you to everyone at Tubkaak for making our first trip to Thailand memorable and ensuring that we will go back at some point in the future.

However, if you are looking for lively this isn't the place - perfect for us to relax and unwind but may not be for everyone.

Incredible
We had such a wonderful stay at this resort and overall it’s been my best experience in Thailand so far. The place really has a zen like ambiance about it. It’s just developed enough to feel like a resort but really hangs on to the feeling of being a part of the nature around it. It’s small enough that it feels very private and personalised and not just another cookie cutter resort. The beach is great and the activities on offer are very enjoyable. We loved the Thai Boxing and yoga lessons. The food was really delicious (we only ate at the Thai restaurant, never got to try the Italian) but every night was a truly memorable experience sat by the beach. There’s a great variety of Thai food on offer and their cocktails are honestly some of the best I’ve ever tasted. The transport on offer makes it very easy to see the sights nearby. The thing that really stole the show was the service, especially at the restaurant. We were made to feel very welcome and looked after and the extra touches for my partner’s birthday were really very special. A special thanks to Supa for the outstanding service, she really looked after us and made us feel so welcome. Also thank you to Korn who was also great and really took care of us. The service just made the dining experience that much more enjoyable. In fact the service from start to finish, beginning with our pick up at the airport was really what made this resort stand out.

All in all, this stay was one of the best experiences I’ve had and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to return here.

Magical
Amazing stay. Calm and serene ambiance, good upkeep of room and facilities. Courteous and helpful staff.
Highly recommend the Thai restaurant as they serve some of the best Thai food I've tried in Krabi, and also their private long boat tour to Hong island allowing us to enjoy the beautiful beach and scenery alone before the other tours arrive.

Amazing Staff, Service and Beachfront Restaurant
I loved the layout of this resort, with a pool in the center of things and a Jacuzzi right in the pool. Sit on the sand and be served inedible Thai food. If you have a problem, the staff steps up to assist youe with grace and expertise. I cannot say enough good things about this pace.
