I write this as a manager at a 4 star hotel in New York City.

The Tubkaak Resort was just fantastic from top to bottom. My wife and I were traveling for our honeymoon and the hotel arranged a beautiful floral arrangement in our room for our arrival. We were greeted warmly from the beginning and the service until the end was top notch. Our room opened up to the resort pool and was just mere steps away from their private beach on the sea. We took full advantage of the happy hour specials (which I highly recommend as you can watch the sun set over the water), our dinner on the last night of our stay was very romantic and tasted excellent. As the hotel was a bit removed from Krabi town the overall prices of drinks and food could have been much higher as we had no other options. I will say the prices and quality of what you get were extremely reasonable and unless you just wanted a little variety or a slight adventure into town, there is no reason to leave. The breakfast buffet was more than satisfactory.

Mr. Srimanee and his entire staff were warm, polite and helpful with every interaction. There is a reason this resort is rated as highly as it is. I'm glad we were able to vacation here and should we ever travel back to Krabi we will definitely stay again.

We had a family holidays here for 4 days. Fulfilled our privacy and leisure scheme. Eventhough it pretty pricey but it all very worth for our money. They reserved the natural trees to make the place very cool and shaded all day long.
Here is One of the most stunning view in my experience especially sunset from very clean beach. We don't have to worry about broken glasses that could harm for our kid on the beach. They only have 40 rooms so pretty safe for little kids to run around by themselve.
Our room is premier pool villa which we spent time in the private sizable pool, enough to play valley ball game in the pool.
For the food , Delicious italian cuisine within hotel. They also do some breakfast as our special treats. Thanks to The manager (k piek) k sunny and the staffs for our memorable holiday. They are VERY friendly and service minded.
Will definitely come back.

Visited for 10 days at the end of March. Could not fault anything about the resort, accommodation, staff or food. Perfect for anyone wanting to get away from a busy resort. We only went to the town a couple of times as resort had everything needed

What can I say other than I love this place!
We wanted a place where we can just rest and really relax, enjoy the food available at the hotel and not have to forage out for snacks etc. We found it all here.
Local and Western food (Italian) though a modest menu, are all delicious.
Our villa had a private pool with jacuzzi, and also an outdoor bathtub. We were spoit for choice when you also count in the spa treatments and the crystal clear sea for water-related activity.
Staff on duty were attentive and eager to please.
We'd come back - alone, just us and/or with children and friends.

Room Tip: Try to get a room facing the sea. Also avoid a room that faces the sunset. Makes the room that much...

My wife and I are staying at this hotel at the past 3 days, we are not filthy rich and just wanted to spoil ourselves before heading home, If you are on a budget I suggest you think carefully before you book at this hotel.
it's important for me to clarify that I'm not one of those who think everything has to be perfect but when you're paying 350$ per night for only B&B you should expect couple of elementary services -

1. We had a power outage at 4AM which cut the AC off, it took them 3.5 hours to restore the power and in this time we were boiling in our room.

2. During our stay, our sheets hadn’t been replaced even once even though we specifically asked to clean our room. We know that from the amount of sand in the sheets, our trash wasn’t emptied and the towels weren’t replaced for 3 days.

In addition, you should be aware that all services offered in the hotel are very expensive (170 Baht for fruit shake while in all other parts of the country its 80 Baht max!!) as expected from boutique hotels and that you don't have any choice but to pay as there are no alternatives around.

With all that said - it’s important to say that the hotel itself is amazing and relaxing, the staff is polite and well trained and the breakfast is the best we ate in Thailand.

I went there with my family for a short break from the hustle and bustle in Phuket and it was just what we needed. Romantically settled between palm trees and sea, this beautiful little boutique resort, overlooking the amazing islands-scape of Phang Nga and Krabi, is sooo relaxing! A longtail boat trip to Hong Island is a must do and a dinner at the new Italian restaurant is essential! One of the best Spaghetti Vongole I ever had!!! Many thanks to Khun Piak and her team. Well done!

Room Tip: The poolvillas with seaview are very beautiful!
