Stayed at the Sheraton, opposite, for 6 days in early March and decided to eat out a few nights - one of which took us to the Terrace, which we had seen on Tripadvisor.
The food is a good choice of Thai and European food and at reasonable prices as they do not charge the 10% service charge and 6% VAT that are applicable in the hotels.
We had Thai starters, a seafood pasta and a fish dish, plus wine which apart from the latter, were all very good.
Unfortunately they are widening the main road in front of the restaurant and the continual convoy of dusty lorries spoiled the evening somewhat, but shouldn't last more than a few weeks at the speed they were working at.
A nice restaurant if you want a short walk outside the hotel.
