Always wanted to stop in here. Small roadside place in AR, really expected some canned cinnamon roll style pastries. I love what they're trying to do, would love to see more native AR goods. Regardless i just grabbed a "pain au chocolat" and was surprised that it too was made from the sourdough. This place puts the sour in sourdough. I cant tell you how many sourdough sandwiches i've had in my travels across the country that tasted like wonder bread. This dough was so perfectly pungent in my first bite i was afraid to get any chocolate with it but once blended they complimented one another better than i could have imagined. Worth the stop!
