This place is almost always very busy, so they must be doing something right. Generally, you'll get a good meal here and reasonably friendly service. Keep in mind that this is one of the few spots in town (in my experience) that always adds the 16% sales tax onto the posted menu prices, with the tip an added cost after that.

This trip I dropped by for lunch and had the French Onion soup. This had very rich broth and was quite tasty.

The server took a little while to drop back for my order after I asked to look at the menu, but aside from that, service was generally good. When you're on vacation with no where to be at any specific time, this is quite forgivable.

Cost of the soup and a cappuccino was 279 DRP. If you don't mind paying a premium for your meal, this spot is worth a visit.

Visited with a large group. The service was good and the food was excellent. I had a shrimp dish over rice that was very good. My wife had the chicken cordon bleu that was fantastic (highly recommend this if you go).
It is a bit pricey, especially by Dominican standards.

I think Baileys have great food and service. To me the prices are reasonable. On the right side of Baileys they also serve Dominican food between 11:30 AM and 2:00 PM. Now, if you see the local’s line up for this serving of lunch you know it has to be good. You get a big plate of Dominican food and a soft drink for about $4.00 to $5.00 is not bad in a tourist town.

We went here for lunch in March of 2012. I ordered the chicken fajitas. It was a very big portion and was tasty. My husband ordered a burger - he said it was very good and would order it again.

It was a bit pricey. The entire meal ran about $30 USD - so it was a little pricey. Pretty good though.

Been there three times and every single time they got the order wrong.
Food takes too long but this seems to be the norm in sosua.
Other than that food is ok.
