I super like doing yoga with Audrey on a SUP. Is super cool, very relaxing, no place better than in the ocean. If you get hot you just jump in the water and Cool yourself down which is very nice to do. And also at the end of the class when you lay down on the board and close your eyes is totally the most relaxing 5 minutes EVER! just you, your board, and the sound of the water :) :) I love it and really recommend it to everyone!
