Food: Good but not great. My date was dying for Gnocchi but it was pretty mediocre in my opinion. The Dorado special I ordered was much better and had a great sauce. The wine menu is good with some inexpensive Prosecco choices available for both Dry and Sweet wine lovers.
Ambiance: Great, its a beautiful restaurant and is a perfect place to take a date. It is "upscale" for Cabarete which tends to be ultra casual as everyone is in beach wear.
Pricing: Surprisingly inexpensive for the type of place it is. The entrees were in the $15 range and the wines ranged from $40-$100 a bottle with a good selection. Bliss does accept credit cards, one of the few places in Cabarete that seems to do so.
Service: Very good, the staff were friendly and attentive.
Overall Value: Very good, the food is not Michelin star quality but the prices are only a smidgeon above casual chain restaurants. The ambiance is one of the best in Cabarete for what it is aimed at. I would recommend Bliss, especially for a date or to take a spouse.
