The restaurant is on a side street surrounded by local establishments, walking inside is like stepping into another world. The seating is arranged in a courtyard near and around a pool. The entire space is quite serene and well appointed. The food is excellent. Everything from the appetizers to the dessert was brilliant. The chef has done an excellent job incorporating local ingredients into traditional Italian dishes. For example, the caprese salad is served with avocado which compliments the tomato, basil and cheese. The prawns with papaya and mint is delicious and fresh. The pineapple carpaccio with vanilla gelato and honey was a great conclusion to extraordinary meal The owners are very accommodating and will adjust dishes to account for dietary restrictions. The portions are more European than American so if you are looking to gorge yourself you may be better off at another establishment. For the area the restaurant is expensive but worth the price. Don't miss an opportunity to eat at Bliss. Forza Milan
