we booked 3 nights , this is our 2nd time to stay in this hotel , once we got there , no one to assist with our luggage, then the receptionist took at least 20 min. to attend us , all the staff are hanging around doing no job but staring at the guests , then after we paid and about to move to upstairs room , they said no elevators , then she called for help , no one showed up , so we had to carry our luggage ourselves to 3rd floor , to be shocked , the executive suits we paid for is no hot water for showering , then no pressure on the water , its hard to wash even your face , the tap was so dirty , then we called for help , it took almost 3 hours for someone to come in to help with the water pressure and it didnt work , they couldnt help with no hot water , then all faucets are dirty and not functional and broken , so old , the staff were trying their best to help out but sound like no one was able to help ?
then lots of ants in the room , which brought a little GIGO lizards to feed on them inside your executive room ? , the last night we slept with no air con , as their aircon was crushed over night , they tried to move us to another room to sort those problems out , but it was too small for us and no patio which we paid for , so we decline moving sleeping over night in such hot weather with no aircon ?
the Tv was old tubed not flat tv type soooo old , and the remotes are out of batteries , everything was unplugged even the cooler when we open the door , not ready at all for any welcoming guests ?
Now , for the WI FI , it worked only the 1st night then it vanished , when we called , they kept promising to reconnect asap and till we left in 2 days , it was not up and running ??????
the food was over priced , the quality of food was so and so ? , i paid almost 3000 P just for a dinner of 4 adults and the server doesnt know anything of their menu or even the drinks , no modifications or what so ever if you like to substitute any item.
swimming pool was ok , but , when i asked to use the Sauna , they charged me more for that , then when the kids started using the pool , they came up with a new story that you need to pay more for each head as you are allowed only for 3 adults .
time to leave , no one helped to call a cab for you nor loading the luggage .
the whole thing is a big joke and my advise to all of you ... do your home work before you go there , there are a lot of good and cheaper newer options in CDO to stay and to enjoy , this place is just a waste

Room tip: Dont go , this business and the whole thing is a joke

We stayed here for two nights and were pleased with the rates, service, and rooms. Breakfast is included and we paid a little extra for items our kids would eat. We had a family room with three beds for five of us and it worked out well. The pool area is superb with three pools, one for infants/toddlers, one for children with slides, and one for adults set in a verdant garden. Although there were only sheets on the beds, we compensated by turning down the aircon at night and were comfortable. This will be our new go-to place when we return to CDO.

Room tip: Rooms on the pool side have balconies overlooking the area.

We booked one of their functions rooms for a party and a room for overnight stay was included in the package. The function room was wide and we had a good time. What disappointed me were the management policies and itty bitty things in the room.

1. The blankets were extremely thin; not thin... extremely thin.
2. Good thing the A/C wasn't really cold... oh wait, that's a bad thing. Now I don't know if # 1 is still a bad thing, considering the A/C and its below average performance.
3. The toilet bowl is stained yellow... eww.
4. I didn't see any tissue paper rolls.
5. Housekeeping Staff just opened the door after we weren't able to open it when they knocked twice. The least you could do was call out from outside the door that you're from housekeeping before opening it.
6. Room service is only available from 12pm. Check out time is 12pm. Seriously, management?
7. Later on, we found out the telephone in our room was broken so we couldn't have room service, anyway.

Other than that, majority of the staff were accommodating enough, no loud noises, food was okay, and the pool was clean.

This hotel is for those who are tired and looking for an isolated place within city limits.
Definitely, luxury is not offered, instead you get convenience. Oh, sometimes. the water is not warm enough, or the food is served late, and stuff like that, but otherwise, the staff are friendly and apologetic.

The pool is functional, no frills. It is clean though and sanitized (at least when we were there).
