We had lunch here on February 5th, choosing the location for its great view of Taal Lake and being quite uncertain about the food.
We were pleasantly surprised on both counts . The view was lovely and we were blessed with good weather too.
Service was friendly and efficient although some members of staff did seem a little indifferent at times. Overall, this aspect was good.
We wanted to try different Philippino dishes -- and there was a good variety on the menu. We tried four dishes, including fish from the lake, followed by two Philippino desserts -- all very good and we really enjoyed the meal.
Of course, we washed it down with lots of San Miguel beer ( what else? ) and our meal at Gerry's Grill certainly added to an enjoyable day out at Tagaytay.
