Ingredients were fresh and of top-notch quality. Everything was a delight!
Here's a rundown of what we had:
Gnocchi in gorgonzola- the hand-made pasta was perfect in texture, wonderfully complemented by the yummy, generous gorgonzola.
Risotto in bone marrow- perfect, soft but not mushy & still "standing". The bone marrow flavor was flavorful yet not overwhelming.
Pizza half 5-cheese half-prosciutto- perfect crust, generous fine-quality toppings. So goood!
Grilled pork tenderloin- i'm not a meat-eater & i wasn't expecting much from this dish since grilled is grilled. But boy, was I wrong. Had there been left-overs from my husband's plate I would have eaten that, too!
For dessert, we had tiramisu that was very, very fresh and truly fabulous, cherry ice cream and italian coffee--- all GOOOD!
All these with soda & freshly-squeezed lemonade for only a bit over 2k peso or around USD 50.
