I stayed in the hotel overnight with my husband and 2 month old baby boy. We always pass by this hotel whenever we come to Tagaytay but never had the chance to stay there.Back then I felt if you say Tagaytay, Taal Vista was a go to place until now... After my husband finished what needs to be completed in the reception area, no staff even assisted him with our things. Or even bothered to show us to our room. The guest rooms are in the other side of the building, with such little signs. Our room was average. We asked for twin sharing. There was a used slipper under the TV rack.As if nobody inspected the whole room after cleaning. There was a fridge, but it's not cooling. And in our room, the window lock was broken. We had to ask for maintenance to have it checked. And WIFI was not even free!!! You have to avail of their expensive internet card which was not even high speed! What bothered us the most was when we saw ladies dressed inappropriately in the lobby mingling with a foreign gentleman. It was a little frustrating that Taal Vista failed our expections.
