Where here last august, standard room cost 1000 it doesn't have a tv and phone inside the room the room were old and filthy it has a veranda but the veranda is a common area were in the people in other room can even across to us, Shower does not have a cold or hot option, but can borrow their old dipping heater. wifi cannot reach our room. and doesn't have wifi even in the hallway.

If only it's not raining that day and not all the hotel are fully booked. we rather have an advance booking in a hotel.

I had the worst experience staying at this hotel.

Me and my friends stayed at TAGAYTAY for 3 days, and 2 nights to celebrate my birthday. The first night, we stayed at KENI PO and we love it but the 2nd night we chose to stay at 5r hotel just to see if we'll love their service.

When we arrived at the hotel, we met the owner named ILUMINADA and her staff named JAY. We told them that were interested staying at the family room, she then asked JAY to show us the rooms that we will be getting, we also told her that there's only 5 of us who will be staying and the other 4 will just come with us just to see the rooms but they'll go home afterwards. then she agreed.

When JAY showed us the room, we hesitated to get it because the rooms are filthy, the bathroom is so small and the beds looks very old, so he offered us another room.

The 2nd room he presented looks fine but not as good as keni po though, we don't have a choice so we get it, we asked him if we can pay upon check out since we still need to withdraw but he told me that we need to pay upfront, we then asked him if we can just stay at the room just for awhile just to see what we can do to pay them since the money that we have at that time is not enough to pay the room because we still need to withdraw. But we assure him that we'll definitely get that room.

As me and my friends were talking, the owner ILUMINADA entered the room and shouted at us as if were intruders, we're all shocked by her actions and we are very very disappointed. We then called keni po to check if we can check in again however the rooms are all booked. So we don't have a CHOICE.

To make the story short the staffs as well as the owner doesn't know how to treat their guests with respect!!!!!!!

The hotel looks good outside but when you check the rooms it sucks!

VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!

My experience their was not GOOD. The staff named JAY though was fine but the person assigned to the information desk was not that good enough named "RUBY". Her approached were not good she treated her guests like boarders who are renting to her condo. I am not recommending this hotel to be part of your experience I'd rather pay higher amount than they are offering to stay in the same type of hotel with good customer service. RUBY needs to attend CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING.

Pool is too far from the rooms pool. And it is just up until 10pm.

Room Tip: Rather stay at the KENNI po they were good.

We were here for one night, we ended up taking the back building because the rooms were roomier. We got a family room (2 queen/double and 1 twin) and a second room (1 queen/double) for 3500 pesos (normally 3800?).

Pros:
* Price
* Quiet (was the middle of the week, not sure if anyone else was even staying there)

Cons:
* There was no wifi in our room, you go outside in the hallway = full signal, you step inside your door you lose your signal
* There was no phone in the room
* Not clean: ants crawling everywhere, random pieces of tape stuck to the wall/ceiling, cobwebs, specs on the floor (not swept well), black dots on the ceiling
* The pool is gorgeous, but did not have the water circulating so the water was stagnant (even though they said they had just filled it three days previous). They said they would clean it, but never did
* Freezer in family room couldn't keep ice cream frozen (not even close)
* The toilets in some rooms (like family room) are not meant for tall people, they will hit their knees if they sit on the seat
* Not in the best shape--there was dents on the wall to the hallway, the sink was almost off the wall it was attached to, bathroom window was stuck in an opened position (no screen = mosquitoes)

As said in the title, cheap place, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Room Tip: Front house may be nicer (it looks newer) but the rooms are smaller.
