Very affordable and very mouth watering foods.
Go for 3rd floor dining, the view is so priceless.

Bagnet pinakbet is a must to try!

“Lovely spot, excellent food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 18, 2014

A group of us (five people) ate dinner here recently and our food and service were both excellent. From the outside it looks rather ordinary but once inside it's like being in a friend's house. Lots of wood, great furniture, no two table are alike and there are lots of photographs and the like on the walls. The food was delicious as was the ice tea. It's not air conditioned but they do have lots of fans - we were there late in the evening so it was cooler but I imagine it could be rather hot at lunch. Downstairs is a small shop and I bought a set of six pasta dinner bowls that are now getting a lot of use. I would definitely go back for a special occasion.

“Good food, nice place”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 14, 2014 via mobile

Me and my husband went there on a week night. One table was occupied by a couple and another a group of ladies. And we are the 3rd table. Not bad on a week night.

We ordered 3 types of dish: kare-kare, sisig and crispy tawilis. Everthing is delicious. I also love the lemon grass iced tea with honey...so refreshing.

Our total bill is P1100 which is not bad at all because we took out our leftovers.

A must try in Tagaytay!

“Great for pictorial”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 11, 2014

The family usually celebrates milestones and special occasions with fantastic setting and good food. For Mother's Day, 2014, my younger daughter reserved a table for us on a Saturday (a day in advance to avoid the crowd) at Pamana Restaurant. The place did not disappoint us in terms of aesthetics and vintage setting but the place proved to be warm for a lunch time celebration. The indoor dining area was not air-conditioned while the outdoor area could not be sufficiently cooled by the gentle wind that occasionally blew into the verandah. Since we were patrons of Barrio Fiesta from several decades ago, we included the "original kare-kare" in our meal. We found the peanut sauce too sweet (unlike the real original that we used to have). The rest of our orders were acceptable (sinigang na maliputo and the sisig) but not extraordinary. My verdict: place is great for pictorial but not relaxing for an extended stay. The place is cramped and small and no area is air-conditioned to escape the hot summer heat prevailing at this time. Also, food is just average and something that you could also order some place else where can even pay less but be more comfortable

“Superb”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 5, 2014

I was fortunate to spend the day with a friend in Tagaytay and we stopped off at Pamana for lunch. We were very lucky as it happened to be Easter Sunday and the restaurant was extremely full.We managed to find a table upstairs overlooking the beautiful scenery, it was truly spectacular. The food was very yummy and we shared, Bulalo, Adobo Squid & Laing?, apologies if I have spelled incorrectly. The food, service & atmosphere was perfect.
