We made the best choice of our first trip together with my boyfriend. :)
Just a lil minor problems with the room we picked, but all in all, we had fun during our stay.
More power, Viewpark Hotel! see you next time :)

Room Tip: Rooms beside pool area

Stayed overnight in premiere room.

Shower with a bathtub. The toilet is fine, just that the cover is against the mirror ledge you'd have to keep pushing it back to keep it open. The water source unfortunately is a bit weak, so showering isn't as enjoyable.

The bed is nice and firm, the pillows are firm as well, which resulted to stiff shoulders and neck.

TV is okay, have most cable channels.

Aircon is okay too, super cold!

There's a small fridge, as well as a safe.

The pool is a bit small, don't expect to do laps, just lounge around with friends. A bit gross as there's a lot of the insect wings!

Breakfast (tapsilog) is nice, with coffee (barako). The waiter is a bit talkative, but I guess he's just being friendly to our Western guests.

There's renovation going on by the front desk, which didn't disturb us. The hotel staff is nice and friendly. Hotel crew sings a lot, and a lot of banging on the door when servicing the rooms in the morning/afternoon.

Overall a nice place, will come back for its price.

Room Tip: It's near the People's Park. Choose the room not facing the pool as it's quieter.

Thank you for your balanced feedback. We value comments of guests especially because we learn where we can step up.

We apologize for the weak water pressure and we sincerely regret the disturbance during servicing of rooms (we have already called the attention of concerned staff).

Thank you for staying with us and we look forward to welcoming you again soon.

Sincerely,
Cleve Allan Torcita

We are glad that your family had a great experience celebrating your wedding anniversary at View Park Hotel Tagaytay. With your feedback, we succeeded in delivering our goal: "We make great memories happen."

Our dining and kitchen teams are especially happy that your lovely daughter liked her pancakes and fresh fruits.

Hope you like the photos I sent. See you again soon.

This Value for Money Hotel is one of the most satisfying place in Tagaytay so far! Booking and communication with the staff are very convenient. I just sent an inquiry call/text to their numbers, and they called me to clear out the details. The staff even found a way and assisted me in booking a room despite their fully booked weekend (thumbs up to Chad).

The Place:
The place is just right in front of the Picnic Grove. The location is very accessible and very convenient to find. Buildings are not old. They are well-maintained. Garden is also okay. Pool was small, though very clear.

The Room:
The room's price (we got a deluxe) was just alright with the setting. Bed sheets were comfy and smooth also the bed was nice (these made it hard for us to leave the bed at that time). A carpet would be nice as the floor was a cold concrete. The TV unit didn't go well with the room. A flat screen could do the job. Bathroom was clean. Lamps gave the cozy feel. Overall I'd give it an 8.5/10. WiFi wasn't provided upfront so not sure if they have it in their rooms. We're not informed of any additional amenities.

The Staff:
Upon arrival, we were greeted with all smiles from their staff. Even security was accommodating. Staff are very lenient, courteous and professional which are their strongest points. They make sure they listen to what you have to say. Though their response time was not that satisfying, at least on our experience (we asked for a hot water for coffee. Took 15 minutes for personnel to arrive - just to to ask for the thermos that was in our room, then took another 5 minutes to heat.) But this is just minimal. Overall experience is 9.5/10.

The food:
They have a complimentary buffet breakfast for the weekend customers. The food served were Rice, Scrambled Eggs, Fried Bangus, Tocino, Sliced Ham, Pancakes and Fruits. I must say that this is their weakest point. Pancakes were awful, couldn't finish one. You will know that they're the instant kinds; the syrup wasn't that nice either. Tocino and Ham were swimming with oil. Eggs were bland. Presentation gave an excuse, so I got to hand it to that. Overall Experience, 6.5/10.

Yes or No:
Recommended? Yes.
Will come back? Yes.
Sulit compared to other hotels? Definitely Yes. It's not ranked #2 here in TripAdvisor for nothing. :)

Overall Stay Experience: 9/10

Room Tip: If you want to stay on your budget, Standard or Deluxe can suffice your needs.

Our stay was really unforgettable. The massage, acoustic night and breakfast were the highlights of the stay and these are all great. The employees are so courteous and hospitable. No doubt that we will come back here on our next Tagaytay tour.

Room Tip: Our room was cool and clean even it's only a standard room.
