We decided to eat dinner earlier than the usual. Staff's are very accommodating, they gave suggestions well.
The steaks, even the sea food had a superb taste. I had t-bone steak with pepper rub and some wine sauce on it. It was a bit spicy, but not too much. You can still taste the quality of meat used. We also had Sea Bass, and also an Angus tenderloin steak. All of them are superb. Nice cooking chef! I did some few research, I found out that they serve a terrific dessert, Pineapple Carppacio. I must say, it is good. Some strong taste to it but has good after taste.
The location is in the cliff, over looking the Taal Volcano lake in Tagaytay. The view is magnificent. Place is well maintained. Both indoor and outdoor has got good ambiance.
It is a must try, beautiful location and terrific cooking. It is pricey though.
