I stayed at this hotel between 02nd and 16th Julay 2013.
Hotel is in rennovation. A paper in your room says this work will be 10 am to 18 pm but be ready to hear hammering sounds at midnight. They have changed my room 2 times because of rennovation. First they didn't even informed us, we just came from our hard work having hot shower dreams and saw our rooms corridor (4th floor) demolished, telephone rang hotels says be ready in 5 minutes your room will be changed.. Second time after complaining hammering seramic tiles in midnight (floor 2nd), my room changed again.
Expensive rates, too much goverment taxes. Ask price with if tax included before reservation.
At restaurant service crew are very good, room cleaning is good. Room has everything you need. Complementary a bottle mineral water and fruits will be waiting for you.
Hot water can be a problem, because of Multan's electricity problems. You should wait 30 minutes with water is open. I have faced this problem 2 days of my 15 days.
Hotel should add world kitchen to open buffets, have always Pakistani very spicy meals. And also should add other options to breakfast such as cheese and not sweet yogurt.
Hotel is secured perfectly, near to a shopping mall named Chen One. You don't have any other option like this hotel. So try to enjoy it.

I had the chance to stay at this hotel only for 1 night.
In any case I've noticed that Hotel's Stavv is very kind and really keen on customers' satisfaction.
Hotel rooms are very nice and the overall impression was very positive.

This is 2 star hotel charging you for a 4 star... Just go at their pool at the ground floor and you will not believe your eyes; a complete mess. Food is also below average. Very low stadnard as compared to usual Ramada hotels in other cities and they are charging very high, no value for money.

Room Tip: They have recently renovated some of the rooms, old rooms are extremely terrible with smelly carpets...

Ive had the unfortunate experience of staying here twice - and the only reason I have to live here is because this is the only half decent place in Multan. However just because ive stayed here doesnt mean i like it.

It has very shoddy rooms, dodgy staff and overall just a really really poor atmosphere.Id recommend you steer clear of this place.

Just visited after a long time and was happy to see that the rooms have been upgraded as has been the service. Love the job that has been done and enjoying my stay.
Security was tight due to the stay of a VIP and was a bit troublesome but the hotel staff was accommodating.

If anybody calls this a 4 star, I am sure they need to get out more..! An average 2 star with prices of a 4 star. Safe as one must say comparing to the situation in Pakistan.. Food is very average compared to other cities.. A mere dining option for local people of the city but not for travellers seeking excursion & luxury. Multani's like eating as there is no tomorrow hence the Hi-Tea where people are eating to their full regardless of the quality of food which is average.

Room Tip: Get a pool side view room. Main road is pathetic.
