Upali Thein is located just the opposite side of Htilominlo Pahto. You can see interesting fresco inside. It describes sima, which is a place where novice were judged to become monk or not. We overheard this from a tour guide we just came across here! You have to pay for photography inside normally. Actually we were not charged by a guy who was taking care inside and also selling souvenir. But when some more tourists came in, he started to charge to them. Don't know his criteria.
