Our tour guide has communicated to you about the pick up time on the second day. the guide has estimated the explore duration in each destinations before you visit Prambanan and continue to watch Ramayana Ballet Show at night and turns out you takes a little much time at Heha Sky View than the tour guide has estimated. The time has professionally estimated by our tour guide so you won’t have an idle time before the Ramayana Ballet Show Started.

After the negotiation as we are dealing the problem professionally and would like to you have a good time during your tour, we are taking the responsibility for your inconvenience on the 2nd day that you feel not enough time to explore Prambanan Temple, the entrance ticket for the 1st (2nd Day Tour) visit will be on us and you will not be collected in amount 750.000 IDR. We both agreed to drive you to the Prambanan Temple again on the next day as you requested (on the 3rd Day) and you did agree that you would buy the ticket by yourself for the second visit. We pay your ticket in advance and in the end you did not want to pay the ticket for the second visit to Prambanan Temple and gaslighting us that it should be our responsibility, which is we have cleared the things yesterday with the free entrance ticket on the first visit. That’s why we send you the revised invoice with the additional entrance ticket to Prambanan temple (second visit) that you have agreed before to bought it by yourself, and did not want to pay back to us in amount 750.000 IDR (for 2 people). We clarify that we a professional Tour Consultant and we would not do such a shame things as blackmailed you. Please clear your assumption!

2. About Merapi Jeep Lava Tour, we arrange the regular Merapi LavaTour without the visit to Rumah Mbah Marijan or Water Manouver for the regular tour package. Although you actually could ask to our tour guide with you in the location that you would like change the Jeep Package, we are definitely could help you with that. But until the tour finished, you did not convey anything then you suddenly brings this things up on the last day of your tour as a reason you would not to pay all the rest payment.

3. Then, about Borobudur Temple Ticket. In the morning when your tour started, our guide has offered a help to book the Temple Exploration Ticket to Borobudur Temple, and you said to our tour guide that you already have the entrance ticket and ask our guide to bought you the Prambanan ticket first (for the second visit). Everything is goes well until you all of sudden ask to our guide about the Temple Exploration Entrance Ticket to Borobudur Temple when it’s almost your visit to Borobudur (around a lunch time).

Of course, due to the temple exploration ticket is limited tickets, we could not make it since your all suddend request.

4. The Police things, since the things is getting complicated with your sudden complaint on the last day, also we both could not find the clear path of this debate, and since you were presistant not wanting to pay all the rest payment, we offer to ask the tourism police staff to mediate us. It is definitely not a blackmail.

And the last thing as your response for our offer to clear this things with the help of the tourism police, you threatening us that you will crushing our business down by writing a bad review on our page which the truth is not as you write here in the review. We think this is an inappropriate things to brings when we are trying to resolve the problem about the rest payment that you did not want to pay.

In the end, we have to say that you are playing as a victim where the truth is you are trying to take advantage of this opportunity for not paying all the rest payment of the trip which is 7,887,000 IDR (495 USD).
