This was our second trip with Bali Java Holidays to Mt Ijen and Mt Bromo. We have a thing about trekking volcanoes and once to Ijen and Bromo was not enough.

As on our first trip with Bali Java Holidays, everything was organised for us to our specifications. For example, we are not fans of the before-dawn tours that have become popular. We don’t like to climb in the darkness to meet the dawn. We have done this on Mt Batur previously, and it was a beautiful dawn, but prefer to climb in the daylight and see the sights along the way. Safer too! The accommodation was great and the driver and guide were both accommodating and spoke English. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable and once again we had a great trip. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic trip to Mt Bromo and Ijen Crater. The guide was very helpful and organised and our driver took us over quite long distances very efficiently and safely. Our accommodation and food was fantastic and the sights were incredible. Very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone.

This was an absolutely awesome tour! I can’t thank our organizers and guide enough, everything went very smoothly. We had a special request to get dropped off in Yogyakarta and they organized the train ticket for us (as well as being dropped off there and someone meeting us at the train station to make sure we got our physical tickets) which saved us a lot of time and headache! A part from that the tour itself was awesome, our guide made sure we were up first so we didn’t have to wait in line to see the blue fire and we were back up to see the sunrise! (Although this is a little fitness dependant). All the transfers were great and comfortable and our guide was very knowledgeable about any questions we had! I honestly have no negative things to say about this tour company, everything was great from start to finish :)
