My first and most impression is that Iwan responded to my every e-mail. Before making decision, of course, I will need to make sure that the plan is well arranged and every condition is clear, as if possible I don't want to face with unexpected doubt and cost during my suppose-to-be happy time during the trip. Other agency might not want to take long conversation, but Iwan bear with my every question, thx a lot, and I don't feel disappointed to select Bali Java Holiday. The price is also reasonable. Of course, there were some obstacles along the trip, but I understand that we did not pay for the luxurious 5-star tour, and Iwan was flexile, he tried to help us solve all the issues. In conclusion, I definitely recommend Bali Java Holiday to you :)

FYI, our trip was the 5D4N with few customized route from Yogya to Bromo and Ijen, plus 2-day driver-only in Bali. It was a great time for us.
