Iwan was very good at communications with us prior to the trip. We had a lot of questions and he was very patient and thorough. We were picked up in Bali by our driver Bobby. He is friendly and explains anything we want to know about. He speaks English well. He gave us a lot of insight into the Balinese family and culture.

He took us on the ferry from Bali to Java and drove us to the base of Mt. Bromo and Mt Ijen. Ian was our guide for Mt. Promo, and we got to see the awesome view at sunrise. There is a lot of driving on this tour, many hours a day. The roads are slow in Java.

We had another guide take us to the rim of Mt Ijen, where we saw the Blue lights.

Accommodations were good at Mt. Bromo. The second night we stayed with a local family in a village and ate their food. Think about if you want this experience, or just rest at a hotel. Iwan will give you a choice.

We were driven back to Bali and all was well.

My travel partner and I both sustained injuries in Yogya that made it difficult to take full advantage of the 5-day tour we had booked. Bali Java Holidays was most helpful and accommodating for our revised needs. A definite thumbs up!

They gave me and my family an unforgettable trip ! Iwan is a very patient guy . I ha a lot of questions regarding the whole trip and even had some money issues . But Iwan was very patient in handling my questions and requests ! I was very glad that Iwan was able to be so much of a help as this was mine and family's first time to indonesia ! Due to money issues , we delayed our flight ! He again handled that very well . I'm well inpressed ! During the trip everything went great ! Bobby , an amazing guy ! His humor , knowledge and down-to-earth personality made us whole family really happy ! He was always on time . And never got mad when I always asked him to stop when i need to go the toilet ! ( haha ! Sorry bobby if you're reading this) . I fell in love with every part of bali ! The beaches we went to , the lakes, the waterfall, the hotspring , the food and the amazing people ! I miss all of it already .
Accomodation was really nice too! Overall , i'm very satisfied with this whole trip .

Although , I wish they had told us that at the sports center we will have to fork out a little bit more so we could prepare more cash ! Cuz we definitely wanted to try the other sports but went only to penyu island ! Which was AMAZING anyhow ! I'd never trade that experience for anythinng else! Secondly, my mistake was that i didnt check if there was any acitvites to do after when the tour ended early. Bobby did recommend to stay in kuta the next time we come as ubud is kinda remote but oh so beatiful ! That's all for now . Thanks again iwan and bobby for making it happen !
