We booked a 17 day trip in Indonesia (Java, Bali, Komodo) with Balijavatours and can only say we are so happy we did that - and so sad we had to finally leave!!
We planned our trip for September, and I contacted Iwan for the first time in July.
We had found him via Tripadvisor, all excellent recommendations - let me add one as well.
Iwan/Balijavatours responded always very quickly, that is, if not on the same day, then on the next - and mind the time difference, since we are from Austria:)
We had very specific ideas of what we wanted to see within our limited amount of days.
To be precise, we wanted to start from Jogyakarta, go overland to Bali, fly from Bali to Komodo, do a 4 day/3 night trip in Komodo national park, and fly out again the day we got back from Komodo,
all within 17 days, until the end of Sept.
We We wanted to see all temples in Java - Borobodur in all its glory, sample local cuisine-Yummie!

visit all volcanoes :-) including sunrise at Mt. Bromo, ride up with the horses, see the blue fire and walk the track of the sulfur workers at Iyen crater,
wait to see huge sea turtles laying their eggs and release baby turtles into the ocean at sunrise,
see the black north coast of Bali, take a bath in the hot springs, see the rice terraces near Ubud,
go shopping, eat out in Seminyak, watch the sunset on the beach and eat Seafood.
We wanted to see more temples in Bali, and wanted to say hello to the Komodo dragons and looked forward to do a bit of snorkelling before going finally back to Singapore by Sept. 26th.
We also needed a local sim card and had to organize a birthday cake to celebrate in the middle of Komodo;-),

We got all that - and more, we had real kopi luwak and petted baby zibet cats in Java, learned about teak wood, rubber and cocoa plantations and
got to know a lot about local history, culture and customs
So interesting to discuss and compare our different opinions..

Balijavatours has an excellent network in Java and Bali, everybody is highly professional, our warmest recommendation for Danar in Java and Bobby in Bali - had so much fun,
and felt absolutely safe all the time!!
Iwan himself went with us to Sukamade Turtle beach - we had to go there by jeep, again everything was arranged.
We still miss u guys and thank you for everything - the top up of the simcard (master Bahasa Indonesia on the phone is not so easy)
drop us at the post office and introducing us to the real world of selfies Asian people style with tong cis (which is not so common here in Europe;-)

Iwan/Balijavatour always responded quickly and very professionally - even when I changed the schedule, and I did this several times.
We even changed our schedule during our trip - which was no problem for Balijavatours.
We asked for a quote for all 17 days, Iwan even split up the quote like we asked to for Java, Bali and Komodo.
We asked for specifice hotels to stay in in Bali - even specific rooms - Iwan checked this for us.
All other accomodation was arranged by Balijavatours, always very good standard.
We got guides for all temples (we loved it - they have first hand knowledge about everything and are fun at the same time) and all tours, Iwan met us 3 times during our stay to check and see if everything is ok.
If we wanted to know some details - about the accomodation, or the kind of transportation, the kind of boat, or the nature of the trip - we simply asked, and were informed.
If you want any kind of specific accomodation (backpackers, luxury hotel, midrange), or kind of tour in Java or Bali or Komodo, just explain it to Balijavatours, they will make it possible.

We booked the whole trip in advance and paid our deposit easily via Paypal-just ask Balijavatours how to best do it, when sending money via Paypal,
they will happily explain everything to you.
It was also no problem paying the rest of the amount in Indonesia in Rupies, which was great for us.

Our customized tour was calculated by Balijavatours with entrance fees, driver, gas, accomodaiton, breakfast and sometimes also lunch or dinner -
we found listed in our quote what is included and what is excludes, this was really helpful.

We got picked up always on time, they also waited for us several times - thank you guys again:-)
Whenever we had a question, Iwan/Balijavatours, or Danar or Bobby answered it.

All in all, we did not want to leave, but had to. We had a great experience and will recommend Balijavatours with all our heart:))
We sure hope to get back again to see the rest of beautiful indonesia, not at last to meet our new friends again.
