Wonderful tour operator with an excellent host in Bali. Started contacting Iwan about 1 month plus prior to my family trip. Exchanged PLENTY of emails with him to fine-tune the 5d4n itinerary to include the Lovina dolphin watching tour. Iwan was very patient with my various requests and was accommodative to the changes. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. Bobby is the host in Bali and he did a perfect job introducing Bali to us. In addition, he knew how to lighten up everybody's mood throughout the tour. I think he can actually be a part-time comedian. Iwan personally came to see us on the 3rd day to make sure things were going well, before flying back to Java to resume his business after joining us for the afternoon & night. I made a secret request 1 week before the tour to celebrate my father's birthday at Bali and while I was trying hard to figure out how to get the cake ready while my father would be with me throughout the tour, Iwan replied and said that he would get it sorted out. Kudos to Iwan & Bobby for the help because my father wasn't suspecting anything at all!

Perhaps the only thing to improve on is to state clear on the itinerary that the Nusa Dua water sport activities incur additional charges because we would prepare more local currencies if we had known. Other than that, stating the timing of the tour would help too. Overall, a job well-done and as I told Iwan, I will definitely recommend his service to my family and friends!
