last week just swimming under the bridge near the statue . wow :) its like swimming in the aquarium , lots of fish with many color [ wish i had underwater camera ] . i just got eiger until i got sun burn on my back .

after bromo and go to ijen, this place is a quite good pit stop. have a cup of coffee. and let my guest to see bali island and enjoy the sea. we can see the port activity. ferry crossing the bali strait. all local food and local snack.
It is beautiful, and loved the view to Menjangan, from there.
I was not prepared to sail to Menjangan on the Jukungs available for rent, or go fishing in the Pass... but we enjoyed the conversation with the locals, while drinking from a "Kelapa Muda"
Wasn't that special at all, or maybe because the tide was high so we can't see any beach..
There're a couple of food stalls there, but I don't really know which one is recommended.
I never thought Banyuwangi had also the great beach as great as Bali's well known beaches.. Its completely my first experience enjoying the amazing sunset and sunrise in Banyuwangi area. You'll be missing its beauty once you have a visit here :)
