This is one of the very good hotel at Trichy. I liked the hospitality and the behaviors of the office staffs. Buffet dinner is excellent and with European mixed. I see everytime many foreign visitor stay over there.

I made atleast 4 trips to Trichy in past 6 months and everytime I had preferred to stay over there.
Thanks Breeze team

Location is not as mentioned -it is away. You can hear the next room goings on as much as the trafic noise! This place is not popular -it was only 10% full even at peak time!! When we enquired around people mentioned that this is never the best option.1. Food is absolutely terrible. Very low quality cooking, friendly but shoddy restaurant service (have to ask for everything, from cutlery to plates to cups), Milk at the breakfast buffet was sour. Bunch of straws presented to us were in filthy condition, with fruit juice congealed on them. 2. Room was large, which was nice, and beds were clean

Absolutely over priced hotel with very ordinary rooms that are noisy and quite old and not well furnished... I don't know how they can charge what they do for this hotel and why they think they are according to the website "Luxury & Hospitality at its best ", I don't think so..

The restaurant is also very ordinary and over priced as well.. but the staff are perhaps the worst thing about this place. When my partner and I checked in the staff on the front reception had a real arrogance in their general demeanor and attitude and demanded I pay most of the 2 nights accommodation up front, we should have left there and then but after a long train trip who could be bothered... the head man on the front desk was particularity smarmy and I think a lot of it had to do with us with our appearance, carrying backpacks and not their "usual" clientele, whatever that is..

One other things about this hotel that we found particularity amusing is the "Wild west" bar that is perhaps the worst bar, both decoration and service wise that I have ever been to in my life... The bar is filled with a dozen different mannequins in supposedly "wild west" clothes in different and very odd poses, one hanging out of a window, laying on the ground and another sitting in a cardboard cut out moon, with a garden hat that i think was suppose to be someones idea of a sombrero.. It was like West world meets Frankenstein...Anyway couldn't not recommend this hotel enough, stay somewhere else but take a look at the "Wild west" bar if you need a laugh or would like to drink in the worst bar in the world, it's worth seeing. One photo is attached of the "Wild West" Man equine, truly awful...

This place is not popular -it was only 10% full even at peak time!!

When we enquired around people mentioned that this is never the best option (we took it because we had not booked and just drove in). We cut short our stay and moved to another place in a days' time.

If you are a non Inidan you have some courtesy extended. Pandering is exclusive to non Indians. What we saw - when we were checking in, an ordinary family with elderly Indians came in.The recpetion staff just continued their work and they were not even asked to be seated. Neither did they call for the bell boy to take the luggage!! After 15 minutes they were rudely becokened. I regreted giving them the business

Bell boy behave like we ar at their mercy adn they pay us!! TIPS ARE DEMANDED!The reception staff remain spectators

Rooms are allotted without being cleaned. We had taken four rooms and each was unclean. When we told the housekeeping and reception other than a "we will come" nothing else happened!!!

All our four room had sheets crawling with roaches and ants crawling all over

Two of them needed another towel and asked for the same. We told them they were "used" they asked us to wait which we did by the door. It was appalling to see the service staff walk into a room pick a towel and give it - a "used" towel despite the hotel being empty and they gave this without any qulams. When confronted-they simply stared!!

Staff -men and women are uncaring.Service staff are simply rude

Room service personnel take the cake - they servie a dish and a plate at a time.

Breakfast is served in a dingy den

Very Good and value for money 3 star hotel in Trichy.

Good spacious rooms and very economical .Tasty buffet dinner. Continental complimentary breakfast also had south indian on its menu and it was very nice of the hotel staff to allow my wife to use thier kitchen services to prepare food for my baby boy.

Services was above average and ambience is good. Very nicely located and easily accessible .

2. Room was large, which was nice, and beds were clean. The toilet was very disappointing though, with a mottled mirror, huge limescale patches all over the floor, mouldy shower curtain. Good water pressure and hot water though.

3. Massive "luxury tax" on everything, from room to restaurant. Increases the price by quite a bit.

4. Staff service patchy. Met some really friendly reception staff, but also some who looked like they cannot wait to get you out of the place.

In short, really absolutely NOT WORTH THE MONEY. A very disappointing way to end our trip in South India.
