We arrived very late night in Ajmer after taking a bus from Jaipur. The rickshaw guy took us straight away to the hotel, even when we offered alternative recommendations. Therefore, they are paying commission to the rickshaw guys to feed in tourists. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel, the hotel is new, and the rooms had a fresh air around it. They even had free breakfast included in the price. The reception guy and the lady in the morning were pretty helpful. The hotel is situated close to the Ajmer Dargah as well as the rail station, both of them are in walking distance. I would call it good value for money for its location as well.

We arrived pretty early in the morning, so we were feeling tired and cold. Unfortunetly the unfriendly receptionist took ages (due to the fact that he explained everything what he is doing to our rikshaw driver) to fill out our forms. Finally in the room we got constant phone calls (it was around 4.45 in the morning and we really wanted to sleep)till around 10 o'clock - there he stood infront in our room and was demanding rudely that we should fill out again s.th.

Even though it was a nice and clean room (but unfortunatly smelling from the kitchen) the receptionist in the night (the girl in the morning was a really decent and friendly girl) made it impossible to enjoy the stay. We surely wont recommend this hotel.

We stayed there it was wounderfull experience. Room was just excellent. It was an executive room. So coluorful and classy room it was. with balcony too. restaurent and its stuff was equally or more good. once we needed lunch in 10 minutes they served it very quickly and food was very tasty and price too reasanable. Visiting dargah was made easy by the hotel Khadim in a very short time. Overall you should choose the hotel. only thing is the locality is little like mid market.

My first Visit to Ajmer and booked this place for its proximity to the Dargah. Its a km away, but happy to have stayed there as the walk to the Dargah is very interesting. I had booked a standard room and the room though small was clean with all basic amenities including enough plug points. Don't expect Frills or 5 star features. It was not our requirement. The best part was genuine advice to travel around Ajmer and even helped me with the optimum route to Pushkar, Checkout was easy as i was in a hurry. Ravinder the Manager and Gayatri on the front desk both were very friendly and if you are first timer like me, you should really take their advice. The restaurant in the hotel is good so eating is not a problem.
I would recommend this place, it saved me a lot of money and left with pleasant memories of Ajmer and Pushkar.

it was a family trip, booked two rooms. reaching hotel was easy and the front desk very helpful. All small needs taken care of very well, we had kid with us, so spl food ordered for her. Buffet on day 1 was good on day 2 we were the only family in the hotel so we go customized b'fast.

I wanted to go to a shop near by for sweets, the front desk guy gave me his new bike and also sent the guard to help me find the shop :-)

initially i was looking for some ethnic setup hotel, but things were not coming in budget or location, so settled for it. full time hot water and clean bathrooms. 1 room was big and other avg, both with attached balcony.

nice morning sunrise view from the window, but the near by locality have many houses which takes away the pleasure. Walking distance from Dargah (10 min), 5 min from station (by auto).

Only thing we found problematic was the insulation of the window not so good, so lot of noise at night - but once u fall asleep due to exhaustion u can't hear anything :)

over all good experience with hotel and staff.
