Description: In ancient Greek mythology, Ambrosia is sometimes the food, sometimes the drink, of the Greek gods (or demigods), often depicted as conferring ageless immortality upon whoever consumes it.Ambrosia Restaurant offers you one of the city’s most tranquil and dreamlike terrace views of the Aravali mountain range. Our fine mélange of traditional and neo-Indian Cuisine will also please your senses. The menu is carefully balanced with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies from across the country along with an exciting array of snacks to tantalize your taste buds. Our patrons are spoilt for choice with the intimate setting in 3 separate areas. The chic and contemporary air-conditioned area offers a stark contrast from the garden area surrounded by mystical water bodies and Arabic style cabanas enclosed with drapes. Ajmer now has it's one and only unique roof-top restaurant with great lip-smacking Indian food and a beautiful scenic view to add to it. Really nice ambiance inside and outside both. The outside view is more scenic with a very beautiful set-up with a view of the city and of course not to forget the food here is excellent. The perfect Indian food cooked to perfection.

The ambiance is soothing and decor very appealing to ones eyes. The food is amazing and worthy for your hard earned money. The traditional and neo-indian dishes that they have cater for not only Indian palette but also international palette and is very tasty. My best time spent is being here during my whole stay in Ajmer.

I would also like to commend the staff. They really let you feel at home and you can really feel their enthusiasm to serve unlike most of the restaurants in Ajmer.

A must visit place while in Ajmer to get your first hand experience and believe me, you will not regret it but would crave to come back again and again.

A special thank you to the owner for all the efforts put in to make this restaurant for us.

We stopped by for a late lunch at Ambrosia Restaurant (Ambassador Hotel) in Ajmer on our way to the Dargah a week ago. We had little expectations by way of cuisine in a small city like Ajmer but came away surprised & delighted.

The North Indian cuisine served at the Restaurant was absolutely authentic & tasty. The fresh flavours, rich aroma and sensitive texture made for an appetizing meal. The restaurant interiors, both indoor & outdoor provide the perfect opportunity for a meal out.

Highly recommended, to one and all!
