Visited this hotel in the month of Feb 2013 , hotel is good and rooms are also good .. but towels and bedsheets are dirty.. food is good but soup is not worth buying please ask the price before taking any meal as they might charge you any amount if it is not mentioned in the menu. they too send a person with you to dargah(free service).. he was too helpful and guided us throughout the dargah(god bless him) he prayed for us and also told us the story behind the dargah. Management was okay.

rest would avoid this hotel next time .. as it is not walking distance to dargah - auto wala was charging us 70rs (one side)

We arrived in Ajmer at 5.00am in the morning and looked for a hotel where we could rest for 3/4 hours. We were taken to this hotel by our taxi driver. The front desk staff was rude and asked us to pay for a full day with out breakfast. The only reason we stayed there was because we didnt have time to go look for another hotel as we had to leave at 9.00am. . We had difficulty getting clean towels and the water was luke warm in bathrooms in winter. I found the front desk staff to be cheats and frauds. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room Tip: no good rooms here

Worst place i've ever set foot in.

Looks decent from the outside, but is so non functional once you enter.

The shower did not work, the bathroom was so so tiny and had no hot water in freeing december. They finally gave us one bucket of water each.

Dirty linen's and since there was a huge hole in the wall, where the ac was supposed to be, we didnt get any sleep as it was so so noisy outside, with a singing man in a mosque near by.

rude owners, terrible experience.

I lived in this hotel for one night....about 300-500 meter away from Dargah Sharif. Location is not very good, rooms are ok-ok type, but staff of the hotel is very cooperative.

Food in the hotel is good but service is little slow then expected.
Railway station is about 1.5-2 Km away from hotel & bus stand for going Pushkar is also about .5-1 Km away.

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Ajmer. But we were dissappointed as we entered the room.Though the entrance to the hotel is very attractive, it is not so when we enter the room . The sheets were ok ok and the room very congested. The only plus point was that the staff was friendly and they even helped us by providing us a guide who helped us in getting a quick darshan at the revered Dargah....They also arranged for a free pick up from the station...
The hotel has a restaurant , but the service is very slow, though the food was quite good.
On the whole, I would say that the hotel is ok for a one night stay.....

Room Tip: Inspect the room and then select.

I was little skeptical about this hotel since the tripadvisor rating of this hotel is not that good. But to my surprise this hotel turned out to be a very pleasant stay.Neat and clean.big rooms. We have booked std rooms @1500 per night. It was the only hotel in our Rajasthan trip which served shaving kit/comb/toothbrush/soap shampoo/cream everything you need for a night stay.It is greatly useful if you miss any of this in your backpack. The restaurant is pretty good. Both veg and non-veg was equally tasty.USually in rajasthan it is difficult to find a proper non veg restaurant. But here it was pretty ok.I liked this hotel

I booked this place by online by Agoda. I took a 'Standard room' for 2 days. (27-29 dec'20012) What we got was appalling.

This place is next to a tatty 'Nai shop'. Opposite is a 'Kiryane ki dukan'. When we reached a bit early, They didn't give us our rooms even a few hours earlier than check- in time ( they asked us to pay half the day's room charge for even a few hours - which means the room was definitely available but they chose to not give it).

We asked them to keep at least the luggage for those hours so we could spend those hours outside the hotel. They don't even have a clock room. Our luggage kept lying in the open next to the reception desk.

When we saw the room given, which was room '301', we were horrified, the room was smaller than a office cabin, the TV did not work, the furniture was all chipped and old. The bed had a patched, yes a patched sewn over bed sheet which was dirty and stained. the rooms had no hot water flowing. eventually we had to ask then for hot water to bathe, which we got in 2 buckets like some jaini dharmshala in Haridwar.

The bulb in the toilet did not work . There were no soaps in the toilet. we were carrying our own soap so didn't complain. One side of the room had an attached rusted 'cooler' which being open had cold wind blowing in the room in the night . We complained about it but no one did anything.

I wish i hadn't already payed for this mess. I had payed 1200/- rupees per night for this mess. I was told later by locals that i could have got a much better room in dargah road itself for 500-600 rupees. Sad part was I was traveling with my mom, and it was really embarrassing because i had earlier told her it was a good hotel.

When we checked out the reception did not even care to thank us or look up from his register. So much for the service. MY ADVICE. Just avoid this place!!!!!

Room Tip: Do see the rooms before you take them. To Book them Online is a serious mistake as you would already...
