ts a good place to visit. They say a wish made here is always fulfilled and that keeps bringing people back. Visited Dargah on a Saturday morning... though it was not very overcrowded, but still a lot of pushing since the place is very narrow... Lucky to get genuine Khadim, who helped us a lot in puja and buying the chaddar and flowers... Otherwise had read a lot about money-extracting khadims..

I went to Dargah in first week of December. We reached Amer by Shatabdi and went straight to Dargah which is just 10mins walk. There were shops galore on the way selling every possible item.We reached the entry gate and were received by a khadim that my cousin had fixed for a tour.I must say that I was apprehensive after reading some reviews but found the place to be exact opposite. No badgering, pushing, chaos,I must thank my stars. Our guide took us inside and explained its signifance, also did prayers for us.We were also let to pay our respect in the most organised manner so much so that we felt blessed and relaxed at the same time.We were told not to give donations anywhere except the 'Deg'.After spending half hour at Dargah we came out and thanked our Khadim for his efforts. We will go back again because every wish is fulfilled here.

Its a good place to visit. They say a wish made here is always fulfilled and that keeps bringing people back. But if you do the VIP darshan, then be ready to shell out money in form of donations. The rickshaw ride to the dargah is a little daunting, but still an experience to be had.

They have improved the place a lot since my last visit in 2001. It is very clean inside and people are very friendly there. Just to inform you that no one is allowed inside with shots. However, in case you are wearing shots, you can borrow lungi from the main gate without any charges.
