Fine hotel with all the necessities. Poor breakfast compared to price and other hotels in the country. Anyway, sfax is not a touristic region and you do not have much choice of hotels.
Slow or no internet in the rooms.

Lovely centrally located hotel. Seems like the hotel has been recently refurbished. The room was clean and couldn't find a fault. if I had to really push I would have liked a bigger television but the room was perfect. The breakfast was nice with a decent selection. There is no private car park but the security staff reserve all the spaces outside the front and mind your car. Excellent experience overall.

Very good standard for Sfax and business travelers would be happy to stay here.
Good wifi, desk in standard room to work, bathrooms are clean.
The staff may need a little more training but in general they were fine.
Near train station and taxi hub.
Breakfast was good and they have a good restaurant for dinner (good sea food)

The rooms are quite spacious with all seeming to incorporate a balcony, it is in a nice central location in Sfax and the staff are great. We really liked the breakfast which offered slightly less variety that what you would get in a five star hotel, but everything was well made with special care taken to give it a local theme with many Tunisian varieties.
There are two bad thing about the hotel, the first was the high price they charge per room but this seems to be the norm for higher end hotels in Tunisia. The other being its wifi service which is similar to many hotels offering free wifi was not working properly.

Me and my wife have been in that hotel in Oct.1990. , it was very good hotel , staff was kind , service is very good , food was delicious , price is OK . Big clean room , good facilities. I liked that place very with nice memories of course.

They gave me and the guest before me already occupied rooms. Walking in someone's room is the worst thing.
Also, at the beginning they didn't find my confirmation, although I have the confirmation email and it took them an hour to give me a room.
