we was a family group with 2 teenage children,on a two week holiday. Had a fantastic time.. the pools immaculate and clean. The beach a beautiful sandy stretch.it is a bit rocky in places to get in but just walk to the left on to the bend and its ideal for younger children .. no rocks at all.. (don't be put off by the rock comments there are little walk ways through them to get in) and there great to sit on.. Our rep amy..so helpful a lovely girl who was always around somewhere.. nothing to much trouble for her and was spot on with all the information about getting out and about on your own if you enjoy leaving the hotel a few nights or days on your own..it is taxi rides as there really is nothing directly outside the hotel complex.. but they are cheap and always about..we made the mistake of thinking you had tea and coffee facillitys in our room .. but amy 2 the rescue and lent us her own kettle for our stay ..from us she gets a 5* rateing..... The other hotel staff were good Sana in reception was always there with a big smile and a good morning.. bar staff ,waiters were efficient and do a good job and are always as pleasant and helpful as they can be.. remember they work very long hours and like us can have an off day.. but as with everywhere you get favourites ....The room service ladies deserve a special mention as they were always so cheery and did a great job.. The animation team.. they were great.. so funny friendly and really good fun.. again a massive 5*for all they did.. they are a team and work hard together but I will give blacky a special mention because when he went home for our last few days for a wedding the complex seemed to be missing something. The food is good and you will not go hungrey here I have a very fussy eater in our family and there was always something for him to make his meals.. as for me I was spoilt for choice..but for pizza and pasta and chip eaters they are available every lunch time and night. With a hotel the size it is you will never please everyone all the time, but for us I have no complaints and would highly recommend it for familys.. with younger children and teenagers.. remember no need to pack your towels (but you do need to put a 20 dinar deposit on each towel card at the start of your holiday..which is fully refunded at the end..) there are no kettles in the room.. and no hiring them from reception...you have a safe in every room..There is a shop that sells everything you would need, souvineers, cigarettes sweets and snacks..toiletries all very reasonable. ( £16.00 for 200 cigs.. but no tobacco). there is also a change shop there who is open every day except sundays..so you can change as little or as much as you like .. If you choice the Khayam gardens I don't think you will be disappointed.. just remember you do get a lot of poles and Russians who can be rude and pushy.. just ignore them there are a lot of other nationaltys there .. and it all goes to make a great holiday...So a big THANKYOU to all the staff at the Khayam gardens for making it a great holiday. and a big THANKYOU to Amy...( our first choice rep)
