My husband and i went fo a week all inclusive at the hotel 2 weeks ago. He booked it through First choice holidays, so we hoped that it would be fairly good, having never been to Tunisia before i was a bit sceptical, but there was no need to be!

After getting off the plane we were nearly the last people to be dropped off so thats always a worry, but as soon as we arrived we where warmly welcomed and givena cool drink in the beautiful air conditioned lobby. All the staff assisted carrying our bags to the room etc.

Its a lovely hotel with main restaurant and an ala carte one in the evening and lunch time, you need to ask about this as you have to book, one visit per stay. If you are fussy about your food ten maybe you will sruggle, butwe found plenty of choice lots of meat dishes, salad, fruit, local produce some of it aimed at the polish, russian visitors of which there are alot, but your not going to starve!! i really enjoyed trying all the foods, all well presented very, very clean, staff very polite and will reserve tables for you, this usuallymeans giving a small tip but at £1.00 ago or 2 dinars not breakingthe bank, our waiter put fresh flowers on the table brought drinks etc really nice touch ad dont forget these guys earn next to nothing the Rep told us about £150.00 per month, try geting that service in Leeds on a £1 TIP!!!!

Lots of activities which my husband joined in good fun mixing up french, polish, russian guys in water polo few international arguements, but the animation team work so very hard to be fun and helpfull, Sam, Blackie, Nino all great guys good fun and great shows in the evening, they did a version of Titanic, i havent laughed so much in ages, when they rest i dont know plus it was Ramadan so they are fasting too!

Good rooms, although we asked to be moved as celebrations for Ramadan in the local village carried on into the night and it kept us awake at that point we were on the 3 rd floor, it wasnt a problem for the staff they helped us to move to a lovely room over looking the pool, and i must add the rep Lisa, was lovely ( first choice ) very helpful and approachable.

Lastly we oly ventured out to go tothe famous market 3 dinars there and 3 back, its an experience if you dont like crowds and haggling dont go!! But there are bargains to get you just have to be careful with money etc.

For anonw who has problems with mosquetio bites, i was not bitten once but my husband who is prone to be bitten, and we had taken everything you can think off including Dett!! but anyway he was bitten and it turned very nasty but to reassure you the reception called a doctor who came within half a hour and spoke very good english very nice and proffesional and a great help to us so be assured that there is help if you need it, at this hotel anyway, we heard bad reports of the Omar Khayam, people over drinking , noise etc.

So dont hesitate go for a week in the sun and chill by the pool or beach, lovely beach by the way if thats what your after, this hotel is well worth a visit. We would return but maybe when its cooler,Earlier in the year.

All in all a great hotel , good staff, very clean, good pools and beach, pleanty of food and drink 24 hours in some cases, dont hesitate go!

Room Tip: 3rd floor can be noisy ask for 2nd floor over looking the pool

Just come back from a wk holiday with my husband and son (13 yrs old) and we all wish we were still there! We had a room with sea view and was stunning. Very clean and spacious. The pools area was always very clean and the 2 bars were good too. All the staff was very friendly and so the animations people. Food was ok as and all inclusive resort. Don't be too fussy and enjoy! I def go back again ! Loved the place and the staff lots!

Have just arrived back after a week at this lovely hotel. This has 2 nice swimming pools and big slides for the big kids like myself. The beach is less than a minute walk from one of the swimming pools. There is a great choice of food in their restaurant but if you would like to eat outside their is mini restaurant with a great sea view.
The one thing I liked about this place is you never had to worry about getting a sun bed.
Entertainment by the Animation team keeps adults or your kids occupied during the day.
Staff are very friendly and if you take a little time to say a few words in their language you will get you will get a lovely smiles back.
My room is very spacious with great sea view with air conditioning.
I would come back again.

We have just returned from a week's holiday. The hotel room we were provided with was one of the largest we have ever had on a foreign holiday, with an excellent view of the pool area, and the sea, and was idyllic. The rooms and hotel were always clean, and air-conditioning standard throughout the hotel.

For a mid-July holiday, there was never a problem getting sun loungers. Even at mid-morning, there were plenty of sun loungers to choose from. The service by staff at reception, within the bars and restaurant areas was always first class. The animation staff were always friendly and seemed to speak to everyone on a daily basis.

A hidden gem was the a la carte restaurant, Le Bonsai, which provided real Tunisian fare. Make sure you book a sitting while you are there.

Definitely a 'must visit again' hotel!!

Pluses
Hotel - suites and cusine very good
Outdoor facilities (swimming pool included) - very good
Animation team - very good (with a minus for kids club - not really catching up with our two and four year kids)

Big minus
Bought nice photos but quite pricey in a digital format. Big mistake - the photos were given in a very, very poor resolution. Thumbnails size.

Minus
Juices and soft drinks are quite bad - basically water with a lot of sugar and colorants
The beach is ok, but the entrance in the water is rocky - on a windy day you'll get hurt because you can't see the rocks in the water

We, my husband and our son 9 years old spent holydays in the hotel for about 2 weeks from June 8.
New modern hotel.
Check was quick and without problems. We got a nice big room with two interconnecting rooms without doors with 4 (!!) Beds! The room has a huge window and balcony overlooking the relax-pool and the sea ! very beautiful. in our room we could catch the wi-fi))) There were refrigerator and air conditioning In-room- very important!
Room cleaned every day, change the sheets and towels (if on the floor), washed the floors, cleaned the garbage.tip 1 euro
Most of the time we spent in the animation pool (with water slides), because there was a lot of fun: animation team have making all day entertainment: water polo, gymnastics, funny games, and so on. interesting for adults and children!
The animation team is very cool, very clever and interesting guys will not let you get bored. We liked the activities.
The evening program every day - very interesting.
The sea was warm and clean. but the entrance to the sea with a large stouns - dangerous. On the right side and the left side of the beach are the wonderful lagoons with sandy bottom (10-20 steps from the area with sun loungers).
Food - excellent! fried quail, brie cheese, mussels, grilled tuna, fruit, dessert, very tasty and high-quality wine and beer!
The restaurant is large and comfortable, there are tables outside. The waiters are very professional, tip 1 euro and 2 euro - very good tip!!
a lot of Food! at night you can eat pancakes and bar non-stop)))))
Outside the hotel you can go to the supermarket and children's clothing stores (brand Tunisia very high quality) in the center of the city Nobeul (1 euro taxi, walk for about 15 minutes). Other activities not ...
The staff is very professional, everyone can speak English and French.
recommend for families with children and couples.

Tunisia - a country where an inexpensive but high-deliv rest.

(sory for my baby English)

Hotel very nice, clean, nice pool areas, excellent animation team, food good and varied, I'm a vegetarian although the rest of my family aren't but there was always plenty to choose from for Ll of us.

For me the only downside was the beach and the weather, we went in May and the weather was very cool most days with high winds and a couple of days it rained a lot, there is a very nice indoor pool though.

Transport to the local markets and shops is very cheap, although we walked there 2 or 3 times.

Room Tip: We stayed on the top floor with a pool and sea view, it was really lovely.
