One of the most elegant and well positioned BnB's in town. Warm-hearted hosts, great food, lovely place to rest and breathe deeply! It's also very well positioned in one minute walking distance from two of the best restaurants in town.

Room Tip: Ask for the Victorian room - but no matter if it's not available! They're all lovely.

Charming hosts, superb accommodations, great facilities, centrally situated and delicious(and varied) breakfasts. This is truly a wonderful surprise on the way to anywhere, or simply to itself. We spent two nights over the new year, the heat was blistering, and yet the pool and air conditioning ensured that we were relaxed and cool. Our trip was both business and pleasure, and both instances were catered to perfectly.
Highly recommended, and will definately be back for more.

Room Tip: All rooms seemed to be satisfactory in terms of positioning- we enjoyed the Victoria Room because it...

We were a party of seven staying over for just one night on our way up the N9. Peet and Cheré are warm and friendly hosts who booked us in with minimum fuss. We had three rooms: Chicken Run for my parents and a brother in law, the other garden unit and the Victorian room inside the house. All were clean and decorated in historical Karoo style. It being 40C in GR, we had a couple of flies in our room but opening the windows sorted them out quickly enough. Peet was extremely helpful calling three different restaurants to try and get us a dinner booking. As everything was fully booked with Valies returning home, we ended up using the self-catering facilities in the one room which turned into a lot of fun. There's a pool in very good shape which we used the next morning after a very good night's rest. Aircon works perfectly in all the rooms. Breakfast was bacon and eggs at a time of our choosing, also very nice. In a nutshell this is a great B&B, you can't go wrong here.

Room Tip: The Victorian room was large and charming. I'm not 100% sure but it looks like the rooms inside...

We arrived in the late afternoon and were greeted with great frendliness - so essential after a long drive. The Guest House is beautifully maintained thoughout and it has the unmistakable charm of an old building full of history. Peet and Chere made us feel so welcome that we did not want to leave the next day. This venue will be a must for us when we pass through Graaff-Reinet.

Room Tip: They are all very good !

After very friendly welcome and introduction we enjoyed the beautiful garden, the historical atmosphere with a personnel touch of owners interested in their guests.
Walking distance to Center and good restaurants allowing having wine or beer without necessity to drive.
We liked the interior of the chicken stable and its quiet location close to the pool.
A good starting point for sightseeing in a clean and impressive town.
Thanks very much to Peet & Cheré for great relaxing Environment and time for your guests
