Loved the night spent here! Room has classic furniture, and not too many items. But bathroom was new and well equipped. Please take all you need, because usually in Morocco you will get only some small soap and some shampoo.
I was awaken by the roosters.
As for breakfast and dinner - not to much to say. If you are unlucky to get here in the morning after a Chinese group, you will find nothing on the table: no cups, no forks, nothing to eat. You have to wait ans ask for.
Wifi is available all over.

I stayed in room 114 for one night on 27 December after an all day bus journey from Fes. At first glance the hotel looked inviting, but our arrival time coincided with sunset so it was difficult to see what the hotel looked like in daylight.

Dinner was the usual fare that one had come to expect on this KRAS 'Highlights of Morocco' tour except this time four of us were requested to move tables by another tour company because the table at which we were sitting and had been given permission to use, was allocated to another tour company. Ironically though, both tour companies were subsidiaries of TUI, so it didn't matter after all where we sat to consume our bland offerings of tour company meals in budget hotels. We refused to move!

WiFi only worked in the lobby and not in room 114. The room and bathroom looked luxurious but looks can be deceiving when all you receive from the shower head is cold/lukewarm water at a low pressure. One good point was that there were enough power points available which were working and BBC World was available on the TV.

I joined some friends for drinks during the evening after dinner and it was a somewhat scary experience trying to enter my room from the open air walkway because the external light, triggered by pushing a light switch, was not working. I was relieved to get inside the room which was warm, thanks to the functioning heater. This was necessary at this time of the year where temperatures could dip to 0C at night time.

While the double bed was very hard, I managed to get some sleep until 05:15 hrs. It was at this unearthly hour that one of the hotel staff decided to knock on everyone's to awaken those who had booked for the desert sunrise tour in a 4 x 4. I was annoyed that this had happened as were so many others who had not booked to go on the tour. It would have made more sense for the hotel to have made note of those wishing to go on the tour the night before so that only their rooms would have been designated for the very early morning wake-up call.

Because of this interruption in my sleep, I was able to take a walk around the hotel before sunrise at which time I realised that it is 'work in progress' with some section of the hotel being a building site. Needless to say, with any building site you can expect a lot of dust and this was no exception. I also smelt sewage during my walk about the grounds.

Breakfast was the usual mediocre offering of food available to bus tour holidaymakers.

Room Tip: Avoid Erfoud if you can.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. It is set on a large area that allows anyone who wants to have fun around the pool and who wants to rest in the room. The food is varied and delicious. The service is at a good level. The hotel has a spa, a hammam, a sauna, massages. Thanks for the wonderful experiences!

good place to stop if yuo are heading into the desert. Pool very useful after a busy day in a 4 X 4. Food good. Sadly one night just too many people arrived at the same time and they could not cope.More a problem with planning than the hotel itslef

Great ambient with quiet atmosphere. The pool is really chilling and it's nice to relax there. Interesting trips are available to take from the hotel. The rooms have comfortable beds and let you calm down after an exhausting day.

It was a pleasant stay there! Das
