We stayed here for one night on our way to the Sahara Desert. The front desk was laid back and didn't help us when we told them that the Internet was not working..
The room was big for the 3 of us and there was a safe with a key. There was no curtain in the bathtub and there was a smell of mildew probably from the water splashing on the floor every day!
There was no screen on the bathroom window so a few flies flown in..it was disgusting!
There was hardly anybody in the hotel as there was only the 3 of us in the dining room for dinner and breakfast. There was a nice pool but too many flies.
I would avid this hotel and go somwhere else.

Rooms are large but lacked character and were worn. Staff were disinterested and transactional. Only place in morocco that we were not asked if we wanted some tea upon arrival. Entry stark. Only place we stayed at that had a tv in the room. Breakfast was good.

Stayed for two nights and that was enough. First day when we arrived I had arrange a tour to go to Merzouga with the Hotel staff, the arrangement was to leave in the morning and come back sometime in the afternoon for 100$ for two people. The package came with a tour guide a 4x4 car, lunch and sightseeing on the way. After thirty minutes once we left the Hotel, we were told to stop for lunch at this shop, knowing that we just had breakfast at the Hotel so that was impossible and by the time we arrived the food was not even ready so we had to skip on lunch. After the tour we went back to the hotel, to summarize the hole stay its was unpleasant experience beside the tour, the second day they did moved us to a larger room but the AC was not working properly. At check out date all I got was we are very sorry. There was nothing the staff could do since the Hotel owner is out of the country unfortunately there were no decision makers at this place and the food was average.

We came to this hotel after our camel ride from Merzouga. We were pleased at the cleanliness and the size of our rooms. The hotel itself has a lot of decorations around the place, which made it very traditional. The garden area is beautiful with a pool. It was pleasant dining next to the pool area in the morning. Although if you were to eat outside the hotel, you will need to walk 10 minutes, it is not in the heart of the town. There is a restaurant inside the hotel that allows credit card.
