We would like to recommend Salim Senty. We booked our safari from the Netherlands. We didn't want to book a safari with a big company but with an independant guy who spent the earned money to those who really need it. For me this was Salim Senty. He is just such a kind, experienced and humble man who was passion for wildlife and his country. He has over 30 years of xperience. He will give you for sure the safari experience of your life. We had the best time of our lives and we were even invited to have lunch with his family. We saw the big 5 from really close, he took the time, turned of his engine and waited for the animals to come closer. Salim even fixed my camera when it broke. We never had problems with the car, we never got stuck in the mud. Salim pulled two other cars out who didn't had proper 4wdrive.

Well, we can recommend Salim Senty strongly to all of you.

If there are any questions go to Salims website www.sentysafaris.kbo.co.ke/

“Another year another amazing safari!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 6, 2012

Just came back from a 2 day safari to Lions Bluff. Was such a great trip, 5 girls and Ali, our amusing guide. The Masaii tour, that I declined last year, was such a worthwhile stop. Got a great insight into their culture and it didnt feel in the least bit touristy. Cant believe I didnt go last year. Everyone was super friendly, and photos were welcomed and the children and the men, in particular, were very inviting. The women were less forthcoming but just as friendly when approached.
The safari drives were amazing from start to finish. As soon as we entered the park, we saw a lion with its kill, and when we left, we saw 8 lions, was simply outstanding! Of course, we also saw heaps of elephants, zebras, giraffes, buffalo, various antelopes and birds and many more. The scenery was almost as enchanting as the animals. Ali was the perfect guide, adept at spotting animals, the right amount of imparting knowledge, humorous tales, toilet and picture stops and patience with a few shrieking girls.
The lodge we stayed in is also highly recommended. The proper safari lodge. Perched high on top of rocks, overlooking the plain below....the main area is either open or floor to ceiling glass, and dinner was served out under the stars. Our tent, felt more like a little banda, perched on its own platform with elephants roaming below....furnished perfectly, and the little extra touches were appreciated...hot water bottle tucked in your bed.
Last year I was in Tsavo East with Vumbi, which was just as good, but different scenery and lodge appeal.
Was great to be back in the capable hands of Ali and Vumbi.....If only it could be a weekly outing!

“Wonderful wedding safari”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 2, 2012

We were a group of 12 people from Diani and we were planning for a wedding safari. We met Ali and he arranged a safari for the party. It was the best experience we have had in a long time. we went for 3 days to Tsavo east. We saw very many animals and the planning was great. the camp was a semi luxury one and the food was ok. not the best set up but it was comfortable for the price we paid. we are still looking forward to going back on safari next year september in a bigger group with Vumbi jeep safaris. Thank you Ali for a good time.

The quality of the services was really appreciated and people was really nice. thanks to Saïd for our good relationship during the tour, he was the driver. They put you into this real safari jeep then you cross this magnificiant natural East tsavo park. they offer you the diner at the evening, you are lodged in the luxurious lodge in the middle of the tsavo park surrounded by all the animals especially the elephant. this was a awesome experience in my life.

“Perfect safari!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 20, 2012

During our three week beach holiday in Kenya we planned on doing a safari. We were very happy to have chosen Vumbi! We were travelling with small children (1 and 3 years old) and the programme was always adapted to our wishes. The 1974 Toyota Land Cruiser provides much more of a safari experience than the minivans other operators use. Champagne at sunset both nights and the lodges were fantastic (Manyatta Camp and Lion's Bluff). Highly recommended!
