This hotel was immaculately clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great and all were very professional. Great value for the price paid!! We will definitely stay here again when visiting the Jonesboro area. In fact, we are looking forward to it!!

Stayed one nite at Hampton Inn in Jonesboro AR. Very clean & Friendly. Breakfast was nice. Will stay again. Very close to everything - shopping - restaurants. Staff very nice & willing to help you in your needs.

Clean - yes, Safe - yes, Up to date - no, fresh & new - no. Worth the value - I guess so. I normally stay in a different Hilton hotel in town. Wans't able this time. It was okay but not up to my preferences.

Made reservations 3 weeks prior to arrival had no room upon arrival was told they overbooked, bath roon sink leaked, refridgerator was loud. Probably will look for another hotel instead of Hampton Inn

The breakfast offerings were slim. Not much to choose from in pick up and go items like donuts,or pastries. The hot items were also lacking. One type of egg,a cheese filled scrambled fold over, and one meat item,ham. No scrambled eggs,no bacon,no sausage.no hash browns.

Very dissatisfied with this hotel. It's a Hampton and you would expect it to be first class. This was a great deal of mold in the bathroom and you could smell it and the mustiness. Would never stay there again.

I understand that you were disappointed with some issues at our hotel and more specifically regarding our cleanliness. I very much apologize if you found mold in your bathroom. I am actively working with our housekeeping team to ensure our standards of cleanliness and comfort are consistently met. We strive on providing our guests with a clean and comfortable stay and we will do everything we need to do to ensure that this issue does not occur again. Not as nice as I am used to when it comes to Hampton Inn. This hotel needs some updating especially at the rate they receive. I would recommend the Holiday Inn Express in this area instead. Just seems a little old and outdated. AC was loud and did work all that great. Elevator was on the fritz as well.
