Visited on advice of Trip Advisor reviews. We were not disappointed. Great exhibits, super film, phenmenal animal mounts. There are many ''please touch'' exhibits. There is a beautiful garden and nature trail. We spent almost 2 hours there. Not very far from route 60.

Thank Sue M

We visited with our toddler. Took him around on the stroller which was a lil tough but nonetheless we enjoyed.
Dint get to see the whole center. We took our son on the merry go round and tat was the best part of the whole trip. I would like to take him back there again. It was a not so sunny day so that helped a lot!
They have ducks and geese all around the lake and it was fun watching them.
I read they have water slides too which we tried reaching on way back but i guess we lost our way.

We did enjoy just being there, sitting and watching everything around!

We just visited the park this memorial day.. And me n my husband just lived it
We took our 8 months son with us. He was very excited. We would like to go back another day and just by the lake! Just loved sitting there... Guess we could sit there for hours

I have been to two of the nature centers built in Arkansas by the Game and Fish Commission, the one at Pine Bluff and in Little Rock. Of the three Crowley's Ridge is hands down the most beautiful and interesting. The center is in a beautiful area on the edge of town on a hilltop on a part of the ridge. There are the usual exhibits of animals and nature, but the most impressive event at the center is the 15 minute film showing the history of the ridge. It is accompanied by lightning, rain, as mist is channeled through a fan into the audience and the most authentic feeling and sounding earthquake short of being in one. The seats vibrate and you would swear the place was going to come apart. There was only one staff member on duty when we got there, but he was friendly and very helpful. Sometimes game and Fish employees are not the most personable, but he was an exception. The outside is well maintained with flowers and bushes and looked like a large garden. I would drive back the 150 miles to see it again.

This place is more for old people, or people that want to knowing about Jonesboro.AR. It needs more to look at.
